Overview YGB-T305B is a low power embedded Bluetooth module developed by ARGRACE. It consists of a highly integrated Bluetooth chip TG7120B and a several peripheral components. It has built-in Bluetooth network communication protocol stack and rich library functions. The YGB-T305B also includes a low-power 32-bit MCU that supports Bluetooth SIG MESH, BLE5.2/2.4G Radio, 3 reusable I/O ports, 512KB built-in FLASH, and OTA (over-the-air) support. 2. Answer from applicant 1. The modular transmitter must have its own RF shielding. The radio portion of this module is without shielded. 2. The modular transmitter must have buffered modulation/data inputs (if such inputs are provided) to ensure that the module will comply with Part 15 requirements under conditions of excessive data rates or over-modulation. The module has buffer modulation/data inputs. 3. The modular transmitter must have its own power supply regulation. The module has its own power supply regulation. 4. The modular transmitter must comply with the antenna requirements of Section 15.203 and 15.204(b)(c). The antenna must either be permanently attached or employ a “unique” antenna coupler (at all connections between the module and the antenna, including the cable). The requirements of antenna connector and spurious emission have been fulfilled. 5. The modular transmitter must be tested in a stand-alone configuration, i.e., the module must not be inside another device during testing. This is intended to demonstrate that the module is capable of complying with Part 15 emission limits regardless of the device into which it is eventually installed. The required rule has been fulfilled. 6. The modular transmitter must be equipped with either a permanently affixed label or must be capable of electronically displaying its FCC identification number in accordance with 15.212 (a)(1)(vi)(A) / (B). The Module will be labeled with its own FCC ID, and the instruction on the labeling rule of the end product has been stated in the User Manual of this module. 7. The modular transmitter must comply with any specific rule or operating requirements applicable to the transmitter and the manufacturer must provide adequate instructions along with the module to explain any such requirements. A copy of these instructions must be included in the application for equipment authorization. For example, there are very strict operational and timing requirements that must be met before a transmitter is authorized for operation under Section 15.231. For instance, data transmission is prohibited, except for operation under Section 15.231(e), in which case there are separate field strength level and timing requirements. Compliance with these requirements must be assured. The required rule has been fulfilled and all the instructions for maintaining compliance have been clearly stated in the User Manual. 8. The modular transmitter must comply with any applicable RF exposure requirements. For example, FCC Rules in Sections 1.1310, 2.1091, 2.1093, and specific Sections of Part 15, including 15.319(i), 15.407(f), 15.253(f) and 15.255(g), require that Unlicensed PCS, UNII and millimeter wave devices perform routine environmental evaluation for RF Exposure to demonstrate The required rule has been fulfilled and all the instructions for maintaining compliance. Test Method The antenna Gain Efficiency and 3D pattern test is using OTA(Over The Air) chamber test system. The EUT connect to the network analyzer is established through the cable and the EUT is positioned on center of turntable. The test Parameters are adjusted on the network analyzer to bring the EUT to bring the EUT to the required traffic all frequency and output power level. The EUT is then stepped between 0 and 180 degrees along the theta axis in 15-degree increments. At each theta position, the phi axis is stepped from 0-360 degrees or from 360-0 degrees, alternating to minimize test time, in 15-degree increments. Data is recorded using network analyzer for both theta and phi polarizations at each position. An appropriate filter is used in the EMQuest software to process the data. Upon completion of the test, the required values of Gain efficiency and 3D pattern are automatically calculated. 2. Approval is limited to the module being integrated into household electrical appliances as well as lighting products. This module has been approved to operate with the antenna types listed in user manual. The module antenna(s) must be installed to meet the RF exposure compliance separation distance of 20 cm and any additional testing and authorization process as required. Co-location of this module with other transmitters that operate simultaneously are required to be evaluated using the FCC multi-transmitter procedures. Approval is limited to OEM installation only. OEM integrators must be provided with antenna installation instructions. OEM integrators and end-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This grant is valid only when the device is sold to OEM integrators and the OEM integrators are instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device.
