The subject equipment is an aviation product intended solely for installation within certified aircraft and is not a consumer product. The equipment is installed in restricted-access aircraft locations and is not accessible to passengers or the general public. Access to the internal circuitry, maintenance, troubleshooting, removal, and replacement of the equipment is limited to authorized aviation maintenance personnel acting under controlled maintenance procedures and confidentiality obligations. The User Manual contains proprietary technical information intended solely for authorized aviation maintenance personnel and other authorized recipients who are subject to confidentiality obligations. Internal Photos and User Manual information are restricted to authorized personnel, approved maintenance providers, and authorized customers with a legitimate business need. Access to these materials is controlled through confidentiality obligations and restricted distribution practices to prevent public disclosure. Such information is not publicly available and may not be disclosed to unauthorized persons. Internal photographs and User Manual reveal proprietary hardware architecture, component implementation, and design features that constitute trade secrets and commercially sensitive information. All sales and distribution of this non-consumer device, including sales through authorized third parties, are subject to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). The final user of the device is also subject to the applicable NDA and confidentiality obligations governing the protection of proprietary information. Public release of the Internal Photos and User Manual would provide competitors with access to confidential technical information and would cause substantial competitive harm to RAVE Aerospace, LLC.
