Lockdown Keypad Instructi ons 1 Main funct io n and fea tur es 1. Unlo ck electr onic lock body (co mpatible with models mad e by NL, Securam an d S&G) 2. Measure temperature and humid ity usin g a wired probe (not wireless) 3. Connect to th e in ternet via Wi-Fi an d rep ort status usin g MQTT. o Wi-Fi provisio nin g done via Blu etooth Low Energy (BLE) 4. Software updates via Wi- Fi 2 Operating Ins tructio ns 2.1 Unlock the Door 1. Enter PIN co de usin g th e numpad. 2. Wait for lo ck body to unlock or dis play an e rror messag e if PIN is in correct 2.2 Change Settings 1. Press th e gear symbol on th e numpad. 2. Enter Master PIN co de an d press th e Lock down logo. 3. Choose th e settings options you want to ch ange. 2.3 Connec t to Wi-Fi 1. Enter th e Settings men u (see 2.2) 2. Tap on th e Wi-Fi option. 3. If Wi-Fi is off, turn it on usin g th e slider. 4. Tap “Setup”. 5. Open th e Lockdown App an d select “Add New Device”. 6. Select your device from th e lis t. 7. Choose th e Wi-Fi network you want to co nne ct to (only co mpatible with 2.4GHz). 8. Enter your Wi-Fi password. 9. Wait for th e key pad to co nnect to router an d au th en ticate with ser ver . 2.4 Software Update 1. Connect to Wi-Fi (see 2.4) 2. Navig ate to “Update” in th e Settings men u. 3. Tap Update a. The system will auto matically ch ec k for an y av ailable updates. 4. If an update is av ailable, ta p “Yes” to update. 5. Wait for update to complete. a. This equip ment generat es uses an d can rad iat e rad i o frequency energy an d, if not instal led a nd used in ac cordan ce wi th the instructions, may cau se har mful interference to ra dio communicat ions. However, there is no gu ar an tee that interference wi ll not occ ur in a par ticular instal lat ion. If this equipment does cau se har mful interference to rad io or televi sion reception, wh ich can be determined by turning the equipment off an d on, the user is encourage d to try to correct the interference by one or more of the followi ng mea sures: ‐‐Reorient or relocat e the receivi ng an tenna. ‐‐Increas e the separ at ion be tween the equipment an d receiver. ‐‐Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to wh ic h the receiver is connected. ‐‐Consult the deal er or an experienced rad io/TV technician for help. For the radiated emission test below 1GHz: The EUT was placed on a turntable with 0.8 meter above ground. The EUT was set 3 meters from the interference receiving antenna, which was mounted on the top of a variable height antenna tower. The EUT was arranged to its worst case and then tune the antenna tower (from 1 m to 4 m) and turntable (from 0 degree to 360 degrees) to find the maximum reading. A pre-amp and a high PASS filter are used for the test in order to get better signal level. 2. For the radiated emission test above 1GHz: Place the measurement antenna on a turntable with 1.5 meter above ground, which is away from each area of the EUT determined to be a source of emissions at the specified measurement distance, while keeping the measurement antenna aimed at the source of emissions at each frequency of significant emissions, with polarization oriented for maximum response.
