Since maximum peak output power of the transmitter is 0.12mW <10 mW. Hence the EUT is excluded from SAR evaluation according to FCC KDB Publication 447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v06. The maximum peak output power of the transmitter is -19.05dBm (0.12mW), which is far below the SAR exclusion threshold level 4 mW ≈ 6.02 dBm.
