■Boiler Operation Manual MODEL : OM-Heater-650 Size : 150 x 240 x 125mm(H) Rated Voltage : AC 120V 50/60Hz Rated Power : 360W Rated Current : 3A ■Safety Precautions 1. Before filling the unit with water, make sure the hoses between the boiler and the mat are securely connected. Failure to do so may result in water leakage. 2. Before plugging in the power cord, verify that the power supply matches the rated voltage of the product. Failure to do so may cause electric shock or fire. 3. Place the unit on a flat, level surface. If the unit is tilted, operation will stop automatically. 4. Always unplug the power cord before inspecting the unit or draining the water. Failure to do so may result in electric shock. 5. Do not place the mat more than 70 cm (27.6 inches) higher than the boiler unit. Poor water circulation may prevent proper operation. 6. When filling the water tank, add water slowly to avoid overflow. Overflowing water may cause electric shock or water leakage. 7. Use only purified water or bottled drinking water. Do not fill the unit with any other liquids. 8. When connecting the hoses between the unit and the mat, ensure that the hoses are not bent or kinked. Restricted water flow may prevent proper operation. ■Installation 1. Place the heating mat in the desired location. 2. Connect the hoses between the boiler unit and the mat. 3. Open the water inlet cap, fill the unit with water, and securely close the cap. 4. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. The LCD will illuminate for approximately 5 seconds and then turn off. 1. . ■LCD , Touch Key ■Operation 1. The unit operates only when there is sufficient water inside the tank. If the tank is empty, a warning message will appear and the unit will not operate. 2. Touch the Power button to start operation. The unit will operate using the default temperature and operating time. If no settings are changed during operation, the unit will automatically stop after the preset time has elapsed. ■Default Settings  Operating Time: 10 hours  Water Temperature: 98°F ■Adjustable Range  Operating Time: 1 to 24 hours  Water Temperature: 68°F to 158°F ■Settings 1. Water Temperature Adjustment While the unit is operating, touch the ▲ or ▼ button to adjust the water temperature. When either button is touched, the currently set temperature is displayed on the LCD. Continue pressing ▲ or ▼ to adjust the temperature.  Each press changes the temperature by 1°F.  Press and hold the button to change the temperature rapidly. 2. Operating Time Adjustment While the unit is operating, touch the SET button, then touch ▲ or ▼ to adjust the operating time. The remaining operating time will be displayed on the LCD.  Each press changes the operating time by 15 minutes.  Press and hold the button to change the time rapidly. ■Error Messages The following warning messages may appear on the LCD. EMPTY The water tank is empty. (Displayed for 10 seconds.) The unit will not operate until water has been added. Add Water The water level is low and additional water is required. (Displayed for 10 seconds.) FULL Indicates that the water tank is full while adding water. (Displayed for 10 seconds.) ERROR2 The internal temperature sensor has malfunctioned. (Displayed for 30 seconds.) The unit will stop operating. Service or replacement is required before the unit can be used again. FCC Statement 1.This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules.
