Regulatory Information ....................................................................................................... 18 1. Product Introduction 1.1 Overview The LinkTag20 is a fully autonomous GPS tracking device operating in the LoRaWAN US915 band. It is designed for the long-range wireless transmission of location and device status data with minimal user interaction. The device periodically acquires GNSS coordinates, evaluates movement using an integrated IMU, and transmits the location, battery status, and operational metrics to the LoRaWAN network via unconfirmed uplink messages. It automatically determines its operational state (Standing or Moving) and adjusts its reporting interval accordingly to maximize power efficiency. Once deployed, the device operates independently in outdoor environments without requiring additional configuration or control by the user. This makes the LinkTag20 suitable for asset tracking, equipment monitoring, infrastructure management, and other field applications. The LinkTag20 is a high-performance, solar-assisted wireless tracking device designed for long- range asset monitoring and data logging. The product is intended to be used by end-users without requiring disassembly, modification, or access to the internal firmware interface. 1.2 Features ● LoRaWAN US915 Compliance: Supports LoRaWAN 1.0.3 in the US915 frequency band using the Quectel KG200Z module. All application data is transmitted via unconfirmed uplink messages. ● High-Precision GNSS: The integrated Quectel LC76G GNSS receiver provides …

Rev 11/20/07 Federal Communications Commission Authorization and Evaluation Division Date: 03-06-2026 Confidentiality Request regarding application for certification of FCC ID : 2BAK4LINKTAG20 Subject: FCC Part 15.247 Declaration of Compliance for Frequency Hopping System FCC To Whom It May Concern: We, [MIRATEK INCORPORATION], hereby declare that the equipment bearing the FCC ID specified above is a Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum system and complies with the requirements of FCC Part 15.247(a)(1), (g), and (h). 1. EUT Pseudo-Random Frequency Hopping Sequence According to FCC Part 15.247(a)(1), the system shall hop to channel frequencies that are selected at the system hopping rate from a pseudo-randomly ordered list of hopping frequencies. 2. Equal Hopping Frequency Use We declare that each frequency in the hopping sequence is used equally on average by the transmitter. 3. System Receiver Input Bandwidth and Synchronization We declare that the system receivers have input bandwidths that match the hopping channel bandwidths of their corresponding transmitters. Furthermore, the receivers shift frequencies in synchronization with the transmitted signals. 4. Compliance with FCC Part 15.247 (g) and (h) • Compliance with 15.247(g): The system, consisting of both the transmitter and the receiver, is designed to comply with all of the regulations in this section should the transmitter be presented with a continuous data (or information) stream. The system also complies with the definition of a frequency hopping system and distributes its transmissions over the minimum number of hopping channels specified when employing short transmission bursts. • Compliance with 15.247(h): The incorporation of intelligence within this system that permits it to recognize other users within the spectrum band so that it individually and independently chooses and adapts its hopsets to avoid hopping on occupied channels is permitted. However, we declare that this system does not coordinate with other frequency hopping systems in any other manner for the express purpose of avoiding the simultaneous occupancy of individual hopping frequencies by multiple transmitters. Rev 11/20/07 If you have any questions regarding this declaration, please do not hesitate to contact us. Sincerely, Won In Baek / R&D Manager MIRATEK INCORPORATION

The MPE calculation for this exposure is shown below. The peak radiated output power (EIRP) is calculated as follows: EIRP = P + G Where, P = Power input to the antenna (mW) G = Power gain of the antenna (dBi) The numeric gain(G) of the antenna with a gain specified in dB is determined by: G = Log -1 (dB antenna gain / 10) Power density at the specific separation: S = PG/(4R 2 π) Where, S = Maximum power density (mW/cm 2 ) P = Power input to the antenna (mW) G = Numeric power gain of the antenna R = Distance to the center of the radiation of the antenna (20cm = limit for MPE) Estimated safe separation: R = √(PG / 4π) Where, P = Power input to the antenna (mW) G = Numeric power gain of the antenna R = Distance to the center of the radiation of the antenna (20cm = limit for MPE) CTK Co., Ltd.
