Der Sensor muss gemäß DIN ISO 10816 am Stator der zu überwachenden Maschine be- festigt werden. An einer Anlage können meh- rere Sensoren verwendet werden. Das Gerät entspricht der Schutzart IP66. Für den Betrieb des Sensors sind folgende Geräte und Software notwendig: –Weidmüller IoT-Gateway mit den integrier- ten Web-Anwendungen u-create web und u-sense vibration configurator –ein Bluetooth-fähiger USB-Stick (z. B. Weidmüller Stick US67-USB-STICK-BLE 2874720000) Für die Inbetriebnahme des Sensors ist ein Rechner notwendig, der sich in demselben Netzwerk befindet wie das IoT-Gateway. Funktionsbeschreibung In benutzerdefinierten Zeitintervallen er- wacht der Sensor aus dem Energiesparmo- dus und misst die lokale Beschleunigung in drei Raumachsen und die Temperatur. Aus den Rohdaten berechnet der Sensor cha- rakteristische Datenmerkmale und übermit- telt diese per Bluetooth an das IoT-Gateway. Das IoT-Gateway übermittelt die Daten an die Web-Anwendung u-create web. Aus den übermittelten Gerätedaten kann der Betriebs- zustand ermittelt und visualisiert werden. Ent- sprechend vorgegebener Parameter können Warnmeldungen generiert werden. Mit der Software u-sense vibration configurator kann der Sensor konfiguriert werden. ENGLISH Intended use The u-sense vibration smart sensor is inten- ded for the condition monitoring of a rotating machine in an industrial environment. The sensor must be attached to the stator of the machine to be monitored in accordance with DIN ISO 10816. Several sensors can be used on a single system. The device conforms to the degree of protec- tion IP66. The following devices and software are requi- red to operate the sensor: –Weidmüller IoT gateway with the integra- ted u-create web and u-sense vibration configurator web applications –a Bluetooth-compatible USB stick (e.g. Weidmüller Stick US67-USB-STICK-BLE 2874720000) A computer located in the same network as the IoT gateway is required for commissio- ning the sensor. Functional description At user-defined time intervals, the sensor wa- kes up from energy-saving mode and mea- sures the local acceleration in three spatial axes and temperature. From the raw data, the sensor calculates characteristic data fea- tures and transmits them to the IoT gateway via Bluetooth. The IoT gateway transmits the data to the u-create web application. The operating state can be determined and visu- alised from the transmitted device data. War- ning messages can be generated according to predefined parameters. The sensor can be configured with the u-sense vibration configu- rator software. FRANÇAIS Utilisation prévue Le capteur intelligent u-sense vibration est conçu pour la surveillance de l’état d’une ma- chine à rotation dans le secteur industriel. Le capteur doit être fixé selon DIN ISO 10816 sur le stator de la machine à surveiller. Plu- sieurs capteurs peuvent être utilisés sur une installation. L'appareil correspond au degré de protec- tion IP66. Pour le fonctionnement du capteur, les ap- pareils et logiciels suivants sont nécessaires. –Passerelle Weidmüller IoT avec les appli- cations web intégrées u-create web et u-sense vibration configurator –une clé USB compatible Bluetooth (par ex. clé Weidmüller US67-USB-STICK-BLE 2874720000) Pour la mise en service du capteur, un ordi- nateur se trouvant sur le même réseau que la passerelle IoT est nécessaire. Description du fonctionnement Aux intervalles définis par l’utilisateur, le cap- ter sort du mode d'économie d'énergie et me- sure l’accélération locale sur les trois axes et la température. À partir des données bru- tes, le capteur calcule les caractéristiques de données spécifiques et les transmet à la passerelle IoT en Bluetooth. La passerel- le IoT transmet les données à l’application web u-create web. À partir des données d'appareil transmises, l’état de fonctionne- ment peut être défini et visualisé. En fonc- tion des paramètres prescrits, des messages d'avertissement peuvent être générés. Le capteur peut être configuré avec le logiciel u-sense vibration configurator.
