To help you get started, this user guide will take you through all the necessary operations and initial setup. For a better user experience, we recommend wearing it throughout the day. WELCOME 2 You have purchased the R1, a hearing device from the goodHearing series, model: DP-6EF. With IP54 dustproof and waterproof function. The goodHearing series uses the patented millisecond frequency shift technology, which can restore the true color of the sound; the number of sound processing channels is as high as 8, and it can be used in different situa- tions with 3 kinds of hearing aid mode switch- ing. The R1 also includes True Wireless technology with Hearing Aids capability that enables you to switch effortlessly between Bluetooth mode and Hearing Aid mode, allowing you to answer your phone, watch TV, listen to music, and enjoy high-quality sound with ease. R1 HEARING AID 3 You can use the mobile APP ( goodHearing ) to adjust the hearing aid. We recommend that you seek professional assistance first to understand your hearing condition and eliminate any pathological problems before wearing the device. It is important to adjust the volume within a mod- erate range, as high volume may cause hearing damage. ※ Please note that the R1 is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. 4 Left ear (with blue receiver) / Right ear (with red receiver) ※ Receivers and ear tips are optional accessories. DAILY USE 7 The hearing aids and charging case feature built-in rechargeable lithium batteries. The charging case can be charged using a power bank, car charger, or a USB adapter with an output of 5V 250mA. The charging case uses a Type-C cable for charging and can provide 2-3 full charges for the hearing aids when fully charged. (USB adapter compliant with IEC60601-1 medical regulations certification is not included. Please purchase an adapter separately.) ● Charging Instructions for the Hearing Aids Place the hearing aids in the charging case to begin charging. The charging case will charge the hearing aids, and it takes 4 hours to reach a full charge. A fully charged hearing aid can provide over 10 hours of continuous use. CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS 8 ※ Caution ◎ Avoid charging in high-temperature environ ments. ◎ When the hearing aids are not in use, please immediately place them back into the charging case for charging. Allowing the battery to com pletely drain may damage its lifespan. ◎ With an increase in the number of charge and discharge cycles, the battery will gradually age. It is recommended to replace the battery every two years.
