Shared writing board user Guide Please read this Guide carefully before using this product Product Introduction: The product frame is made of metal, on the front is the writing face, the back is painted iron sheet, the upper side has an antenna base, and the side with a magnetic power interface. The shared writing board has functions such as whiteboard pen writing, touching, synchronous saving of writing content, and multi-terminal display. Its biggest feature is that on the basis of not changing the original guest habits and product appearance, the function of instant storage of writing content and multi- terminal display is added. 1: The guest's original habits unchanged: Whiteboard pen input 2: Instant storage: The written content can be synchronized to a computer or mobile phone, stored instantly, the files are not easy to lose, easy to trace. 3: Multi-terminal display: Writing can be synchronized to the projection screen or AIO, so that more participants can see it during meetings. 4: Fully wireless design. 5: While the whiteboard writing content is erased, the computer content is also erased too. Item 1: How to use 1: Make sure the antenna is connected. 2: Connect DC 5V(4.95~5.1V) power supply. 3: Plug the "receiver" into the computer (Windows system). 4: The whiteboard and the computer should be in the same open space, without walls, screens and other intervals in between. Item 2: Power supply selection 1: The working voltage of the product is 5V(4.95~5.10V) DC power supply. 2: It is recommended to use power bank as a power option. 3: If you use a charging adapter, it is recommended to use an adapter above 5V/2A, it is best to choose one brand mobile phone adapter and the AC power needs to be grounded. Item 3: Whiteboard pen selection 1: It is recommended to use the whiteboard pen provided by the supplier. 2: If you buy it yourself, it is recommended to choose a whiteboard pen in red with a nib diameter of 6 mm. 3: When writing, try to write neatly. Item 4: Anomaly analysis The whiteboard can be written normally, and the computer does not display it accordingly 1: Check whether the whiteboard power supply is normal. 2: Check whether the antenna is loose. 3: Close the application and open it again. 4: Check whether the computer recognizes the receiver and reinsert the receiver. Item 5: Attention 1: Ensure that the product is stable and does not shake during use. 2: Please use normally at room temperature. 3: Do not scratch the surface of the whiteboard by sharp objects. 4: The product is strictly forbidden to soak in water. 5: Ensure that there is not conductive objects on the writing surface during use. 6: Try to cut off the power supply during non-use. 7: In order to ensure the use effect, it is recommended to use the whiteboard pen provided by the supplier. 8: If the surface is dirty, you can use whiteboard cleaner to clean the whiteboard surface. Item 6: Accessories NO name QTY remark 1 whiteboard pen 2 receiver 3 power cable 4 antenna 5 Whiteboard bracket Item 7: Other 1: In order to ensure the use effect, as far as possible to use the pen provided by the supplier. 2:As far as possible to use mobile power supply, if you use power adapter, try to use 5V / 2A, brand power adapter. 3:If the receiver is lost or damaged, it can apply to the manufacturer for purchase. 4: shared writing board software, you can apply to the manufacturer for free. 5:Email:[email protected] Any Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy, and if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: – Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. – Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. – Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. – Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 20cm between the radiator & your body.

RF Exposure Report FCC ID: 2BBKP-055SFA RF Exposure Measurement The limit for Maximum Permissible Exposure (MPE) specified in FCC 1.1310 is followed. The gain of the antennas used in the product is extracted from the Antenna data sheets provided and also the maximum total power input to the antenna is measured. Through the Friis transmission formula and the maximum gain of the antenna, we can calculate the distance, away from the product, where the limit of MPE is reached. Although the Friis Transmission formula is far field assumption, the calculated result of that is an over-prediction for near field power density. It is taken as worst case to specify the safety range. RF Exposure Limit According to FCC 1.1310: The criteria listed in the following table shall be used to evaluate the environmental impact of the human exposure to radio-frequency (RF) radiation as specified in 1.1307 (b) Limits for Maximum Permissible Exposure (MPE) F= Frequency in MHz Friss Formula Friss Transmission Formula: Pd = (Pout * G) / (4*pi*r²) Where Pd = power density in mW/cm² Pout = output power to antenna in mW G = gain of antenna in linear scale Pi = 3.1416 R = Distance between observation point and the center of radiator in cm If we know the maximum gain of the antenna and the total output power to the antenna, through calculation, we will know MPE value at distance 20cm. EUT Operation condition EUT was enabled to transmit and receive at lowest, middle and highest channels. Classification The antenna of this product, under normal use condition, is at least 20cm away from the body of the user. Warning statement to the user for keeping at least 20cm or more separation distance from the antenna should be included in the User manual. So, this device is classified as Mobile device.
