Step 2: Adjus t to a comfor tabl e �ghtness, then pr es s the holes on the longer band onto the metal pin buckle of the shorter band. Step 3: Inser t the longer band into the second loop of the shorter band and �ghten. Health Metri cs Measurement When wearing the watch, it automa�ca lly measur es health data such as heart rate, sleep, stres s, and ac�vity. You ca n also view and track thi s data in the applica�on. For out door workout s, wait in an open area un�l the GPS connects. The blinking icon " " shows it' s acqui ring a loca�on fix and will stop bl inking upon success. Charge th e Watch Remove band 1. Li� the spr ing bar from the groove. 2. Push and hold the spr ing bar. 3. Pul l it out gently to remove th e band. Insta ll New Watch Faces In the Fitbei ng app, navigate to the Face Galler y page to pi ck up your pr ef er red watch face. Charge th e Watch To charge the watch, connect the chargi ng ca ble to a USB power source. A�ach the ot her end to the chargi ng contact on the back of the watch. The watch will displ ay a chargi ng icon whi le it is being charged. Note: Make sur e the USB chargi ng plug is at the same side as the cr own. Ens ur e to use a standard USB power sour ce with an output of 5V⎓1A or above. Prior to chargi ng, ensure to clean the chargi ng contact s of the watch to el iminate any lingering sweat or moistur e.
