The RED and NIR light modules may be used individually or in combination. 3.2 Control Panel Operation(YG300)  Press the touch screen icon "RED" to start red light, press again to turn it off;  Press the touch screen icon "NIR" to start near infrared light, press again to turn it off;  Press the "TIME+" to increase time;  Press the "TIME-" to reduce time; 3.3 Remote Control Note(YG300)  Press the ON/OFF button to turn the device on or off;  Press the ALL area of the top-left button to start both the RED and NIR lights simultaneously;  Press the cycle icon area of the top-left button to toggle between the individual RED light and NIR light;  Press the TIME+ button to increase time;  Press the TIME- button to reduce time;  The remote control is rechargeable via USB Type-C interface. Product features  This kind of light penetrates deep into your skin, working wonders on improving the clarity and tone. How to use it 1.Distance: Apply the light from 3-60 CM to the body. 2.Session Time: Exposure each area for 5-30 minutes, depending on distance, Repeat on other areas if desired 3.Frequency: Do this 2 times to 14 times a week until results are felt. 4,Maintenance: Continue using several times a week. 7. Tips  This light is for indoor use only. and please do not use in the wet environment.  Please cut off the power when stop working.  Please do not place it near any heat source. 8. Can this hurt my eyes? The typical human eye responds to wavelengths 400nm to 700nm. The light coming from this device is either visible red/blue or invisible infrared.  Infrared light is beneficial to the eyes, just as it is elsewhere on the body. Safety goggles are not necessary to use with infrared.  Red light is bright and can be uncomfortable to use directly on the eyes. Closing your eyes is usually enough to use red light directly on the face. 8. CAUTION AND WARNING  Avoid prolonged exposure of the product to high temperatures and high humidity.  Ensure that lamps are used at the specified voltage and frequency.  Refrain from polishing the metal parts of the lamps with a powder polisher. Instead, use a dry cloth or duster to clean any dust accumulated behind the lamps. This cleaning routine is recommended once a week. This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Any Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
