We ask that this information be made confidential to protect the investment made by StrongBo Agritech Canada Ltd (âthe companyâ) in developing the proprietary technology used for the circuit boards. The company intends to keep these documents internally and will not be disclosing them at any time to any external organizations. EMPLOYEES The employees, servants or agents of the Receiving Party, shall be informed of its obligations under this Agreement with respect to the Confidential Information and shall agree to be bound by said obligations.
