智能戒指使用说明书 充电开机 将戒指设备与磁吸充电线链接，红灯亮起，绿灯闪烁开机 注意事项 在使用和操作设备前，请阅读并遵守下列注意事项，以确保设备性能最佳，避免出现危险及非法情况。 日常使用中请选择好合适自己手指的尺寸，避免佩戴过松或过紧。戒指接触部位请保持干爽，传感器及心 率血氧灯部位请保持干净，避免脏污影响测试数据。如佩戴过程中出现红肿等症状时，请立即停止使用并 咨询医生。 安全 充电时请保持充电线和设备处于干燥环境中，请勿湿手触摸充电线。保持戒指磁吸充电口表面干净,避 免充电口接触不良无法充电。请避免充电线被水等液体侵入。 请勿拆接或改装电池，插入异物，长时间浸入水或其他液体中，以免引起电池漏液，过热，起火或爆炸。 请勿跌落，挤压或穿刺戒指电池。避免让电池遭受外部压力导致电池内部短路或过热 1，充电 将戒指设备与充电设备连接，使戒指充电线口贴合戒指充电点，调整贴合度直到戒指出现充电指示灯（亮 红灯）。 备注： ·设备充满电后，充电指示灯红灯熄灭，此时戒指会检测判断并自动停止充电，请取下戒指并拔掉电源适 配器。 ·充电前请保持充电接口干燥清洁，以防短路或其他风险。 ·由于充电器内部含有磁铁，不可避免的造成吸附金属异物及其它异物，在使用时请注意清理干净。禁止 充电器长时间接触高温，导致充电器退磁及其它异常。 2，佩戴戒指 ·将购买的智能戒指佩戴在适合自己的手指大小上，选择舒适的尺寸；建议佩戴在食指，中指，无名指上 并且心率IC及心率血氧灯等在手指内侧。 ·确保智能戒指的传感器部分与手指紧密贴合，以保证数据的准确性； ·避免佩戴过紧或过松，以免影响舒适度和使用效果； ·保证监测单元区域贴住皮肤，不要有异物遮挡； 使用之前 1，戒指开机 戒指充电自动开机，没电自动关机 将戒指设备与磁吸充电线链接，红灯亮起，绿灯闪烁开机 备注：戒指没电时，将戒指与原装充电设备连接并充电，戒指也会自动开机； 想要自主关机时，也可以通过“设备”-->“其他设置”-->“戒指关机”来完成操作。 2，APP下载 ·请打开手机蓝牙，并确保手机已连接WLAN或打开移动网络。 ·请先下载最新版本APP，APP使用平台安卓手机系统6.0以上，苹果手机系统9.0以上 方式一：搜索下载 安卓：可在手机应用商店，应用宝中搜索”DaRings“下载 IOS：在APPStore搜索”DaRings“下载 方式二：扫描下载 扫描下方二维码，使用手机扫描下载。 3，蓝牙连接 1＞戒指与APP配对 ·请打开手机蓝牙，并确保手机已连接WLAN或打开移动网络 手动连接：打开APP，选择“设备”-->选择“添加设备” 备注：（1）每次断开连接或解绑后重新绑定设备都会自动同步数据。 （2）在APP主页面下拉可以手动刷新同步数据 2＞戒指与APP解除配对 安卓手机：打开DaRingsAPP-->进入“设备”-->点击“移除设备” IOS手机：打开DaRingsAPP-->进入“设备”-->点击“移除设备” APP端主页面 1，活动 正确佩戴戒指，戒指会自动记录您每天活动消耗的热量、距离、时长等相关数据。 ·戒指与APP连接同步完成，APP主页面，活动卡片中可查看当天活动的距离，消耗的热量与活动时长； 点击活动卡片进入步数，可切换日，周，月运动数据详情，可查看体力运动量，过去7天的目标达成情况 以及锻炼记录。点击活动页面右上角图标，可查看对应日期的历史活动目标达成数据。 2，身体状态 正确佩戴戒指，戒指会自动记录您每天的活动及目标达成百分比，睡眠质量评分，静息心率，平均心率 变异性，平均压力，由AI综合分析出前一天身体状态并给出建议。身体状态卡片中可以综合查看活动，睡 眠，睡眠比例以及压力比例等数据。点击身体状态页面右上角图标，可查看对应日期的历史身体状态数 据。 3，睡眠 正确佩戴戒指，戒指可以自动记录睡眠时长，识别深睡，浅睡，快速眼动状态以及清醒状态，并根据睡眠 状态进行睡眠质量评分。 戒指与APP连接，APP睡眠页面中-->日详情页面可看见前一天的睡眠详细，睡眠图例、睡眠评分、入睡 时间，起床时间、睡眠总时长、零星小睡时长、快速眼动时长、深睡时长、浅睡时长、清醒时长，睡眠建 议；可切换查看日，周，月睡眠数据详情。点击睡眠页面右上角图标，可查看对应日期的历史睡眠数据。 4，锻炼记录 正确佩戴戒指，可点击锻炼记录卡片的开始锻炼，根据自己要进行的锻炼去选择对应的项目，会记录锻炼 时的时长，时间，消耗的热量，配速，步数以及心率。 5，心率 单次测量心率 戒指与APP连接，APP主页面-->心率卡片右上方显示的是最近一次的心率值，中间显示睡眠和白天时 间的心率波动图示-->点击下方测量心率-->开始测量，戒指端心率灯亮起，等待心率测量出值-->点击 心率卡片里面可切换日，周，月心率数据详情；心率页面右上角和图标，可查看历史心率数据和对 应日期的历史睡眠数据。 连续测量心率 戒指与APP连接，戒指会每隔半个小时自动测量心率。 6，血氧饱和度 单次测量血氧 戒指与APP连接，APP主页面，血氧卡片右上方显示的是最近一次的血氧值，点击下方测量血氧-->开 始测量，戒指端血氧灯亮起，等待片刻血氧出值（点击页面下方显示最近的七次血氧测量）。点击进入血 氧页面，点击页面右上角查看历史血氧数据。 7，心率变异性 戒指与APP连接，APP主页面，心率变异性卡片右上方显示的是最近一次的心率变异性值，点击下方测量 心率-->开始测量，戒指端心率灯亮起，等待片刻心率变异性出值。点击进入心率变异性页面，点击页面 右上角和可查看历史心率变异性数据和对应日期的历史心率变异性数据。 8，压力 戒指与APP连接，APP主页面，压力卡片右上方显示的是最近一次测试的压力值，点击下方测量压力--> 开始测量，戒指端绿灯亮起，等待片刻压力出值。点击进入压力页面，点击页面右上角和可查看历 史心率变异性数据和对应日期的历史心率变异性数据。 9，生理周期 戒指与APP连接，APP主页面，在生理周期卡片点击进入生理周期页面，进行生理周期设置，可进行生理 期，排卵日，排卵期预测。可设置通知提醒。 APP端冥想页 点击APP端冥想页，有减压，助眠选项。点击“减压”-->点击“开始”可以跟随指引来进行减压练习； -->点击下方默认的篝火图标，可选择多个声音场景；点击“助眠”-->点击“开始”可以跟随指引来进行 减压练习；-->点击下方默认的篝火图标，可选择多个声音场景； APP端设备页 1，添加设备/移除设备，查看电量百分比 ·戒指与APP配对，打开APP，选择“设备”-->选择“添加设备” ·戒指和APP正常连接时，在APP的设备页面中可以移除设备和查看电量百分比。 2，目标设置 ·戒指和APP正常连接时，在APP的设备页面中点击进入目标设置，可设置目标步数，卡路里和锻炼时 间以及锻炼日目标。 3，信息设置 ·戒指和APP正常连接时，在APP的设备页面中点击进入信息设置，可设置性别，身高，体重，生日和 步长（APP端会根据身高估算推荐步长。） 4，其他设置 ·戒指和APP正常连接时，在APP的设备页面中点击其他设置，可设置单位格式，温度单位，白天心率 /HRV测量间隔；可以选择打开和关闭电池电量过低提示，全天压力，运动心率预警，睡眠时血氧，戒指 关机以及生理期显示。 5，手势控制拍照 ·戒指和APP正常连接时，在APP的设备页面中点击手势控制拍照，根据手势说明，可在APP端使用手 势控制拍照。 6，固件升级 ·戒指和APP正常连接时，在APP的设备页面中点击固件升级，可查看固件信息，恢复出厂以及固件盛 记。 7，苹果健康 ·戒指和APP正常连接时，在APP的设备页面中点击苹果健康（苹果手机中的“健康”APP），可访问 并更新您的健康数据。 8，Strava ·在APP设备详情页，点击Strava可连接Strava。 SmartRingUserManual Chargeandpoweron Connecttheringdevicetothemagneticchargingcable.Whentheredlightcomesonandthe greenlightflashes,turnonthedevice.
