Compliance with Codes and Regulations: Adhere to all applicable local building, safety, and electrical codes, as well as the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) requirements. The electrical service supply must be 100-240V, 60Hz. Grounding Connection: This product must be properly connected to the grounding conductor of the supply circuit to ensure safe operation. Power Wire Handling: Avoid bending or kinking the power wires during installation or maintenance. Control Device Restrictions: Apart from the included remote control, this exhaust fan must not be used with any solid-state control devices, including but not limited to other remote controls, dimmer switches, or certain timers. Please note that mechanical timers are not subject to this restriction, as they are not considered solid-state devices. Ceiling Insulation Limitation: Do not install this fan in ceilings with insulation exceeding an R50 rating. Ductwork Installation: Ductwork must be installed in a straight line with minimal bends to ensure optimal performance. Ducted fans must always be vented to the outdoors to ensure proper operation and safety.
