CAINIAO CNR1 UHF RFID Reader Quick Start Guide CAINIAO CNR1 UHF RFID Reader OVERVIEW This guide provides simple steps to quickly start using your new CAINIAO CNR1 UHF RFID reader. Please consult the CAINIAO CNR1 installation and operations manual for a full description of mouting choices, methods and reader configuration options. Box Contents ● 1x CAINIAO CNR1 UHF RFID reader ● 1x Quick Start Guide Accessories Solid Separately ● AC power cords ● Reader Antennas ● Antenna cables Connections and Ports ● 8x RP-TNC antenna ports ● RJ-45 100BASE-T Ethernet port ● RS232 ● GPIO terminal block ● TF-card Connect antenna ● Securely mout one or more antennas in accordance with the antenna manufacturer's instruction. ● Securely connect the antenna to a reader antenna port. Power the reader using AC power cord and connect it to the network The CNR1 is powered by 12~24V AC power cord, and connect it to the network through RJ-45 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet port. In a new browser tab, connect to the CAINIAO CNR1 reader using the URL http://<Static IP>. Once the reader web configuration pages opens, note the software version under details. If newer reader firmware is available, proceed with following steps: ● Download the firmware upgrade file from the support portal or connect CAINIAO. ● Click the browse button next to select System in the web configuration page. ● Navigate to the firmware upgrade file. ● Click Upgrade (this may take several minutes). ● Click Reboot. Read tags with web page 1. Connect CAINIAO CNR1 reader to the network using the URL http://<Static IP>. 2. Set the operating frequency in the frequency settings bar. 3. In the inventory settings bar, select the antenna channel, set the transmission power, RF mode, Tag population, Search mode and session. 4. In the return loss column,you can test the return loss of the corresponding antenna. 5. Click "Connect" in the Inventory Test column, then click the "Start Inventory" button to read tags. 6. Stop tag inventory operation by click "Stop Inventory". Regulatory Information CAINIAO CNR1 UHF RFID Reader FCC (USA) This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC.
