Preface Thank you for purchasing the products, For optimum operation, please read this manual carefully before use. Computer video output status indication HD Signal strength indication Function Button 1.Single press to Pause/ Start screen projection 2.Press and hold for 6 seconds to pair the Transmitter and Receiver. Strong: three LEDs light Good: Two LEDs light Weak: One LED light The following are common alarm states: 1.The power supply current of computer graphics card HDMI output is insufficient. 2.Poor contact with computer HDMI port Blinking: No video output is displayed Light on: Video Detected RX connection status indication Blinking: Not connected Light on: Connection Successful Transmitter-TX Power Supply Port Product Overview Common States for No Video Output: 1.Computer enters screensaver 2.Computer output set to “Computer Screen Only” 3.Poor contact with computer HDMI port Insufficient power alarm indication Red light on:the power supply is insufficient. You need to plug in a Type-C to provide power supply. Light off:The power supply is normal Q:Why does the image appear to shake/disconnect? A:Please make sure you are using a 5V/2A power supply. Unstable currents from power banks and some computers can lead to image shaking issues. Switch to a 5V/2A power supply before use. Q:What is the usage of the LED display on transmi�er? A:You can view Power Status, Connec�on Status, Signal Strength, Video Output Status on the LED display. Q:How to restore and repair the device? A:1.When the product fails, Receiver func�on bu�on, long press for 6 seconds. A�er a black screen appears and restart, the factory se�ngs will be restored. 2.Transmi�er func�on bu�on, long press for 6 seconds, un�l the indicator lights off for 1second, then the indicator will flash for pairing, wait for the transmi�er indicator to be always on, indica�ng that the connec�on is successful. Q:How to enter privacy mode? A:Tap the transmi�er func�on bu�on to disconnect or reconnect. Q:Incompa�bility with my smartphone/tablet? Does it support cameras/DV? A:This product only supports usage with computers, laptops, TV boxes, cameras, DV and other devices with HDMI interfaces. It does not support most smartphones/tablets or iPads, unless the smartphone/tablet Type-C Q:Unable to connect, con�nuously searching for signal sources? A:Please ensure correct product connec�ons. TX and RX should be connected appropriately. If the playback device displays a black screen or con�nuously shows an HDMI signal connec�on, note that TX is the signal transmi�ng end for connec�ng output devices (such as computers and laptops), while RX is the signal receiving end for connec�ng playback devices. Q:How should the connec�on be setup? A:During the product connec�on process, the signal light will flash.Once successfully connected, the signal light will stop flashing. Do not press the bu�ons on the transmi�er during the connec�on process. Holding down the transmi�er bu�on for an extended period without releasing it will caused pairing failure with the receiver and preven�ng screen mirroring. Q:Why is the connec�on not stable some�mes? A:Please make sure the power supply for each transmi�er and receiver is both 5V/2A, because if the power supply from either side is not sufficient, the HDMI transmi�er & receiver will disconnect. Problem Solving support DisplayPort(DP) protocol. Please use cameras/DV HDMI converters to connect cameras & DV. Q:Unclear video quality and inability to play 4K videos? A:The product supports 4K decoding but outputs at 1080P. The op�mal transmission effect is 4K, but the actual video quality is influenced by the hardware of your devices. Q:Can devices without HD interface be used? A:Yes,please use the device with an HD interface converter. Q:Maximum transmission distance and latency effects? A:The product's maximum transmission distance is 100 feet/30 meters. With a latency of less than 0.1 second. A stable 5V/2A power supply is required during use to ensure consistent signal transmission. Q:Does the wireless HDMI transmi�er and receiver have latency? A:All wireless transmi�ers have some slight delay, the latency is lower than 0.1s which is hard to feel. There is not influence for watching movies/ business The product has been paired out of the factory. In case of pairing failure due to improper operation or other circumstances during use, it is necessary to restore and repair the device as follows: *Note: An RX can be paired with up to seven TXS. *Please make sure that the power of the computer is suffcient. If the power supply of the computer is insuffcient or HD is unable to supply power , please connect the transmitter to the power adapter or power supply port ( Voltage above 5V , current above 2A ) Pairing Instructions Transmitter [TX] - Function Button Receiver [RX] Function Button 1.Receiver RX-Function Button, long press for more than 6 seconds, after a black screen appears and restart, enter pairing mode. 2.Transmitter TX-Function Button, long press for 6 seconds, until the indicator lights off for 1second, then the indicator will flash for pairing, wait for the transmitter indicator to be always on, indicating that the connection is successful. Combination of receiver and transmitter, plug and play 1. Connect the HD port of the receiver to the video input port of the display device such as the monitor or TV. 2. Connect the power supply port of the receiver to the charging cable and plug it into the power adapter ( Voltage above 5V, current above 2A) 3.
