These baƩeries are commonly found in various electronic devices, such as laptops, smartphones, and rechargeable tools. While lithium ba Ʃeries offer high energy density and long-lasƟng performance, they also come with some safety considera Ɵons. 1. Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Lithium-ion baƩeries are sensiƟve to extreme temperatures. Do not expose them to direct sunlight, excessive heat, or extreme cold, as it can damage the baƩery or, in rare cases, lead to thermal runaway. 2. Use the Correct Charger: Always use the charger provided with the product or one specifically designed for lithium-ion baƩeries. Using an incorrect charger can result in overheaƟng and damage to the baƩery. 3. Do Not Overcharge: Avoid overcharging your device. Most modern devices have built-in protecƟon to prevent overcharging, but it's essenƟal to unplug your device once it's fully charged. 4. Store Safely: If you're not using a device for an extended period, store it in a cool, dry place with a charge level of approximately 50%. This can help prolong the life of the baƩery. 5. Handle with Care: Avoid dropping or puncturing lithium-ion baƩeries, as it can lead to leaks, fires, or other hazardous situaƟons. If a baƩery appears damaged, disconƟnue use immediately. 6. Recycle Responsibly: When disposing of lithium-ion baƩeries, please do so in accordance with local regulaƟons and recycling programs. Do not throw them in the trash. 7. Monitor for Swelling: If you noƟce a lithium-ion baƩery swelling or changing shape, stop using the device and seek professional assistance. Swelling can be a sign of a damaged or faulty baƩery. 8. Use Original Accessories: Whenever possible, use original accessories and replacement parts recommended by the manufacturer to ensure compaƟbility and safety AddiƟonal Safety Guidelines: • Don’t recharge when you are away or sleeping. • Charge in a cool, dry place away from flammables or other baƩery-powered devices. • Let the device cool before charging. • Keep away from heat sources. • Don’t charge to 100 percent and don’t run it down to zero. • Replace any baƩeries damaged from impact. • Follow the manufacturer’s instrucƟons for charging and storage. • Plug directly into a wall electrical outlet for charging. Never use aŌermarket (or generic) baƩeries or chargers. Safety is our top priority, and we want you to enjoy your products while taking necessary precauƟons. Please take these guidelines seriously to prevent any potenƟal risks associated with lithium-ion baƩeries. By using our products, you agree to the following:  5D GLOBAL DISTRIBUTIONS and its affiliates/DBA’s shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses resulƟng from the use or misuse of products containing lithium-ion baƩeries.  Customers assume all risks associated with the use of these products and agree to hold 5D GLOBAL DISTRIBUTIONS and its affiliates/DBA’s, its officers, directors, employees, and suppliers harmless from any claims or acƟons arising out of such use. FCC Caution. This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Any Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. RF Exposure Info

RF Exposure evaluation FCC ID: 2BK6M-BLK Applicable Standard According to §1.1307(b)(1), systems operating under the provisions of this section shall be operated in a manner that ensures that the public is not exposed to radio frequency energy level in excess of the Commission’s guidelines. According to §1.1310 and §2.1093 RF exposure requirement KDB447498 v06: Mobile and Portable Devices RF Exposure Procedures and Equipment Authorization Policies 1.1. Requirement According to KDB447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v06 Section 4.3.1 Standalone SAR test exclusion considerations: “Unless specifically required by the published RF exposure KDB procedures, standalone 1-g head or body and 10-g extremity SAR evaluation for general population exposure conditions, by measurement or numerical simulation, is not required when the corresponding SAR Test Exclusion Threshold condition, listed below, is satisfied. These test exclusion conditions are based on source-based time-averaged maximum conducted output power of the RF channel requiring evaluation, adjusted for tune-up tolerance, and the minimum test separation distance required for the exposure conditions.22 The minimum test separation distance is determined by the smallest distance from the antenna and radiating structures or outer surface of the device, according to the host form factor, exposure conditions and platform requirements, to any part of the body or extremity of a user or bystander (see 5) of section 4.1). To qualify for SAR test exclusion, the test separation distances applied must be fully explained and justified by the operating configurations and exposure conditions of the transmitter and applicable host platform requirements, typically in the SAR measurement or SAR analysis report, according to the required published RF exposure KDB procedures. When no other RF exposure testing or reporting is required, a statement of justification and compliance must be included in the equipment approval, in lieu of the SAR report, to qualify for the SAR test exclusion. When required, the device specific conditions described in the other published RF exposure KDB procedures must be satisfied before applying these SAR test exclusion provisions; for example, handheld PTT two-way radios, handsets, laptops & tablets etc.23 “ [(max. power of channel, including tune-up tolerance, mW)/ (min. test separation distance, mm)] · [√f (GHz)] ≤ 3.0 for 1-g SAR and ≤ 7.5 for 10-g extremity SAR, where: • f (GHz) is the RF channel transmit frequency in GHz • Power and distance are rounded to the nearest mW and mm before calculation • The result is rounded to one decimal place for comparison • 3.0 and 7.5 are referred to as the numeric thresholds in the step 2 below The test exclusions are applicable only when the minimum test separation distance is ≤ 50 mm and for transmission frequencies between 100 MHz and 6 GHz. When the minimum test separation distance is < 5 mm, a distance of 5 mm according to 5) in section 4.1 is applied to determine SAR test exclusion.
