TheUSB-Cchargingportprovides5V/2Apowertochargetheinternalbatteryofthe massager. Q8,Q9,D3,andexternalresistorsmakeupinputover-voltageprotection.Whentheinput voltageexceeds6V,thepowersupplytothesubsequentcircuitiscutofftoprotectthe subsequentcircuitfrombeingdamagedbyexcessivevoltage.Aftertheinputvoltage dropsto5.5V,restorepowersupplytothemaincircuit. TheboostchargingcircuitiscomposedofU1MCU,Q2,Q10,Q11,L1,D1,whichcharge thebatteryinCCCVmode.U1MCUisthechargingmanager,Q10andQ11areMOS totempoledrivingcircuits,andL1,Q2andD1formtheboostchargingcircuit. Thebatterywiththeratedvoltageof11.1Visreducedto3.3VthroughU2(HT7533-1)to supplypowertothemaincontrolofU1MCU. TheU1MCUisthesystemmaincontrolandBluetoothBLEwirelesstransceiverchip, withanexternalX116Mcrystaloscillator,providingfunctionssuchaschargingcontrol, poweron/off,massageoperatingcontrol,heatcontrol,indication,keycontrol,Bluetooth transmission,etc.BluetoothadoptsBLElow-energytechnology,combinedwithWeChat miniApp,toachievewirelesscontrolandsettingofthemassagerwithamobilephone. ThemotordrivecircuitiscomposedofQ6,Q7,Q4,Q5.Q6andQ7areP+NdualMOS, formingtheH-bridgedriverofthemotortoachieveforwardandreverseoperationofthe motor.Q4andQ5providehighandlowlevelswitchingforMOS,combinedwithcontrol fromU1MCU,toachieveforwardandreversecontrol. TheswitchcontroloftheinfraredheatingbulbiscomposedofU1MCU,Q3,andother components. This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules.
