Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth and network are turned on. 2. Plug the car charger into car’s charging port. 3. Close to Android device and wait for a pop-up to show item. (If no pop-up appears, please restart your phone and try again). 4. Tap “Connect”, read and accept the prompts to complete . 5. In the “Find Hub” app, select it to customize the device and category. Manual Set up Instruction (If you miss the pop-up) 1. Open Settings. 2. To “Google”. 3. Click on “All services”. 4. In the “Connected Devices & Sharing” menu, select “Devices”. 5. Enable “Scan for Nearby Devices”. 6. Item will appear in the list of available nearby devices. 7. Click on it and follow on-screen instructions to complete. 03 Find Hub Functions 03 Find Nearby In the “Find Hub” app, select your item. Find Far Away In the “Find Hub” app, select your item and tap it to view its location. To navigate to the location. Tap “Get Directions” to open map navigation. Enable Lost Mode In the “Find Hub” app, select your item and tap “Mark as Lost”. Add your contact information and you will get a notified if the Find Hub Network locates it. Item Location Sharing In the “Find Hub” app, select your item and tap “Share Device” 04 IOS Devices: Find My Instruction 04 Pair the device 1. Plug the car charger into car’s charging port. 2. Open the Find My app in your iPhone. 3. Choose “Items”, then tap “+”. Next, choose “Add Other Item”. 4. Locate your item (Named “FinderGo”) and tap “Connect”. 5. Add a name and choose an emoji for your item. The setup process is done. 6. Your item is now connected and ready to help you locate your item. Find My Functions 05 Enable “Lost Mode” — Open the Find My app. — Select the “Items” tab or use Find Items app on Apple Watch. — Tap on your car charger name in the list. — Under “Lost Mode”, tap “Enable” and follow the prompts. 05 Remove the item from Find My app — Open the Find My app. — Select the “Items” tab or use Find Items app on Apple Watch. — Make sure “Lost Mode” is disabled. — Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap “Remove Item”. Note: Make sure the item is powered on and is near to your phone. Locate your item 1. Find car charger when it is nearby: — Open the Find My app. — Select the “Items” tab or use Find Items app on Apple Watch. — Tap on your car charger name in the list. 06 Troubleshooting 06 1. Why doesn’t Find Hub update the location? Ensure your device has power and Bluetooth is turned on. 2. When can the item be located? When item is separated from its owner for a period of time, it can be found by other Android/Apple devices that are part of Find Hub / the Find My network, and the owner can start to get the location of item. 3. How is the device designed to discourage unwanted tracking? If any Find My network accessory separated from its owner is seen moving with you over time, you will be notified by your iPhone/iPad or it will emit a sound. 4. How is my privacy protected? Only you can see where your item is. Your location data and history are never stored on the item itself. Devices that relay the location of your item also stay anonymous, and that location data is encrypted every step of the way. 07 5. What is the Find My network? And how does it work? The Apple Find My network provides an east, secure way to locate compatible personal items on a map using the Find My app on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or the Find Items app on Apple watch. Simply pair your compatible product with the Apple Find My app to view it right alongside your Apple devices. 6. If you removed the car charger, how to restore the car charger?
