mPERSS Watch EN 1. Appearance 2. How to Operate 2.1 Powering on Your Watch Long press the power key to turn on your watch. Please make sure to fully charge the watch first if it Doesn’ t turn on. Attach the magnetic charging connector correctly to the side of the watch, and insert the USB end into a computer, charger, or power bank to start charging. When charging begins, the watch screen will display the charging status.(If no charging icon appears, the watch may be over-discharged and needs more time to activate the battery. Please wait patiently.) Input current: <0.71A Input voltage: DC 5V Charging time: about 1.5 hours 2.2 Charging your watch SIM Card Cover plate Heart Rate Sensing area SOS Charging Power Key Notes: ① It is recommended to use the universal charger with certification mark on the market. ② Please keep the charging port dry before charging. (1)For optimized tracking of the measured values, we recommend wearing the watch with one finger’ s width below your wrist bone. (2)Please make sure the watch is fairly snug against your skin and does not slide up or down your wrist during exercise. 2.3 Wearing Your Watch Use a card extractor to remove the SIM card cover on the back of the watch. Insert the SIM card into the slot on the cover, ensuring that the small notch on the SIM card aligns with the small notch on the slot, with the metal side of the SIM card facing upward. Once the SIM card is properly aligned, snap the SIM card cover back into place. 2.4 How to insert a SIM card Replacing the Strap 2.6 Power Key Short PressLong Press Wake up Screen 1 Power on/off/ restart Emergency SOS 2.5 How to Operate Please choose the strap with a width of 22mm if you want to replace it. (2) Pairing Notes: ①To ensure successful data transfer to the ICareFit App, please insert a functional SIM card into the smartwatch first (a SIM card is required for time synchronization). ② If the App cannot be bound, please scan the QR code above to download it again. (3) Firmware Upgrading When there is an new firmware version, there will be a notification in the app. Go to the “Device” interface of the app and select firmware upgrade. 3. Main Feature Heart Rate Monitoring 3.1 (1) The watch can monitor 24-hour real-time heart rate, resting heart rate and heart rate zones during exercise, you can choose to enable or disable this function on the APP. (2) Real-time heart rate measurement: Wear the watch correctly, and slide the watch from the home screen to the interface of heart rate measurement. Please wait for a few seconds with the watch screen upward, and wait for additional a few seconds after obtaining the value to make the result more accurate. (3) Multiple heart rate zones display during exercise: all detailed data can be viewed after connecting and syncing to the app. Blood Oxygen Saturation(Spo2) 3.2 (1) Wear the watch correctly, and Left slide the watch from the home screen to the interface of SpO2 measurement,and click the icon to start measurement. Wait for the measurement progress box to finish,you can directly view the results on the watch. (2) The following people are recommended to pay more attention SpO2: high-intensity mental workers, the aged, Blood Pressure 3.3 (1) Please rest for 10 minutes before the blood pressure measurement, then put on the watch properly, put your arm flat on the support, keep sitting still and relax your whole body naturally. (2) Wear the watch correctly, and slide to the Blood Pressure feature interface,and click the icon to start measurement. Wait for the measurement progress box to finish. (3) After the measurement, the results can be read in real time on the watch. For detailed information, please view it after synchronizing your data with the watch on the APP. The results are for reference only, and can not be used as a Note: ① Upon the first measurement of blood pressure or after the factory resetting of the watch, please use the home sphygmomanometer for blood pressure calibration on the watch. ② There should be no movement during the blood pressure measurement, otherwise the false wave due to muscle movement may cause the measurement failure. Note: ① The watch can track oxygen saturation (Sp02), heart rate and movement continuously whilst you sleep. ② After the measurement, the watch automatically synchronizes the data to the App every 120 minutes. and people suffering from Hyposia in mountain or plateau environment. 4. More Information The water resistance rating: IP67 The water resistance performance of the device is not permanently valid, it may diminish as time passes. The device can be used during washing hands, rain , but not support hot water shower, sea water, swimming,diving, surfing, sauna, etc. ①Do not press the key on the device while it is underwater. ②Do not drop or impact the watch. ③Do not use any sharp objects to clean the device. ④Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures that are either too cold or too hot for an extended period, as this may cause permanent damage. ⑤Prevent the product from coming into contact with seawater. · Gently wipe the device using a cotton cloth with a mild neutral detergent. · After each training session, please rinse the watch with ③ After the measurement, the watch automatically synchronizes the data to the App every…

2BLKRA102_Tune Up Procedure Measurement Procedure: 1. Set the device to operational voltage and on a predefined channel in a special test mode. 2. The actual output power is measured at several power levels. 3. The gain factors of each individual device are adjusted until the target value is met. The appropriate gain control settings for each output power level are stored in each device individually (for each power level). The user has no possibility to change these settings later on. 4. The maximum gains of each individual device are adjusted and measured until the target value is met. The production target power with tolerance compiles with the maximum power in test report.
