Brizled e Outdoor Lights User Manual LED light Model: FT-2-11C Safety Instructions  This unit is not waterproof. Use and store indoors or in a dry place.  Do not use this product for anything but its intended use.  This product is not compatible with external dimmers.  This seasonal use product is not intended for permanent installation or use.  Avoid mounting or placing this product near gas or electric heaters, or similar heat sources and other dangerous sources.  Do not secure the wiring with sharp hooks, nails, staples, or any material that may damage the cord insulation. Do not hang ornaments on the cord or allow heavy objects to rest on the cord.  The working temperature of smart tree topper should be within the range of -20°to 60° C(-4°to 140°F). Pairing Your Light with App What You Need  A smartphone running iOS 6.0 (or later) or Android 4.3 (or later).  A Bluetooth 4.0 (or later). Preparations  Ensure that your Bluetooth is ON and the lights are powered on.  Place the lights, mobile phone, and router as close to each other as possible. 1. Download LotusLamp X app from the App Store or Google Play or scan the QR code on the USB or in this manual. 2. Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone. 3. Turn on the smart tree topper and open the app you’ll find the connected tree topper or tap the“+" icon in the top right corner and search for device then tap the device icon for adding. Specifications Watt 5V Power Output 1A Lead Length 3m/9.84ft Star Height 23cm/9’’ Base Height 9cm/3.54’’ Total Height 27cm/10.62’’ FCCID 2BMKD-FT-2-11C Waterproof IP20 Color RGB Working Temperature -20 °C to 60 °C Troubleshooting ①Lights failed to connect with app?  Make Sure Your Bluetooth is ON Both.  Make Sure you have strong and stable signal(recommend to take the lights, your phone and your router as closer as you can.  Make Sure enable the app's permission to your location and to find the "nearby device". ②App does not work?  Check if lights are on offline.  Try to restart the app, deleted the added device and re-pair the lights.  Try to update the app to the latest version. ③ Group control not Work?  Please make sure all the devices in group are online.  Please try if the lights can be controlled individually.  Try to restart the app, and update the app to the latest version.  Remove the one can not be controlled from the app, unplug and re-plug to re-pair the lights again, recreate group again. ④ Can it be voice controlled via Alexa or Google Assistant?  This device can be controlled by app or via the button on the USB. It does not support voice controlled at present. ⑤ Can multiple users control one device?  Each device can only be controlled by one account.  If multiple users want to control the same device, ensure they are using the same account.
