POWERFUL V01-2026.05.20 CONTENT EN 1-31 DE 32-65 FR 66-98 ES 99-131 IT 132-164 Service & Support Http://www.icarzone.com [email protected] 1 EN PRECAUTION To ensure personal safety and prevent damage to equipment/vehicles, always adhere to the safety guidelines and applicable test protocols provided by the vehicle/equipment manufacturer prior to use. Familiarize yourself with the safety instructions outlined in this manual. Vehicle maintenance methods and operator skill levels vary significantly. Given the wide range of diagnostic applications and vehicle systems supported by this tool, we cannot anticipate or prescribe safety measures for every scenario. Follow proper servicing practices aligned with ISO 14229-1 diagnostic protocols and SAE J2012 test procedures. DANGER Critical Ventilation Requirement Ensure the service area is WELL VENTILATED during engine operation or connect an exhaust extraction system to the vehicle’s tailpipe. Hazard Warning Engines emit carbon monoxide (CO) – an odorless toxic gas that causes impaired reaction times and poses life - threatening risks. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Ventilation & Exhaust Management: Ensure proper ventilation or use exhaust extraction systems (SAE J1111) during engine operation to prevent carbon monoxide exposure. 2. Personal Protective Equipment: Wear ANSI - certified eye protection and secure loose clothing/hair to avoid entanglement with moving parts. 3. Vehicle Stabilization: Park in "PARK" (automatic) or "NEUTRAL" (manual), engage the parking brake, and block drive wheels to prevent unintended movement. 4. Electrical System Caution: Avoid ignition components (coil, wires, plugs) when energized. Disconnect test equipment before ignition/engine startup.Be extra cautious when working around the ignition coil, distributor cap, ignition wires and spark plugs. 5. Equipment Handling: Keep equipment dry, clean, and free from oil/grease. Use mild detergent for external cleaning only. 6. Fire Safety: Maintain an ABC - rated fire extinguisher nearby to address gasoline, chemical, or electrical fires. 7. Diagnostic Compliance: Follow vehicle/service manual protocols (ISO 14229 - 1) and ensure a fully charged battery with secure DLC connection. 8. EMI Protection: Avoid placing equipment on vehicle distributors to prevent damage from electromagnetic interference. 9. Distance & Distraction: Maintain ≥20cm clearance from the body and never operate equipment while driving to avoid accident. 2 EN Power Sources The Device can receive power from any of the following sources:  Internal Battery Pack: A full charge provides approximately 8 hours of continuous operation. New batteries reach full capacity after approximately 3 to 5 charging and discharging cycles.  External Power Supply: Power via USB cable and USB external power adapter. Power On Press the top - right Lock/Power button to power on. The system boots and shows the lock screen. Slide the lock icon upward to access the JU2000 Max menu. Power Off Terminate all vehicle communications before powering off. Forced shutdown during active communication may cause ECM issues on certain vehicles. Exit the Diagnostics app prior to powering down.  To power down the display tablet: Long press the Lock/Power Button -> Tap Power off -> Tap OK.
