Please plug the camera power cable to power it on. The indicator with red light on means the camera is powered on successfully. Then wait for 10 seconds until the indicator flashes red and blue alternately. Open the "Wansview Cloud" APP and tap "+" or "Add device" button, find the E1 camera in the list, then follow the in-app instructions. Place your camera near the router to make sure that the Wi-Fi signal is strong enough. Check if the indicator flashes red and blue alternately. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service: If the light does not flash red and blue alternately, please try the following solutions: Make sure the camera is powered on. How to view longer TF card/Cloud recording? The "Wansview Cloud" application is free to use. The cloud service is completely optional. Even if you don't want to subscribe, you can still use the camera normally. Do I have to subscribe to the cloud plan? Ensure the router is working properly. Reboot the router and camera by unplugging and replugging the power cable to see if the camera connects automatically after that. If not, reset the camera by holding the Reset button for 5-10s and reconnect the camera. Place the camera closer to the router to make sure the connection is strong enough.
