Muizelstraat 2 B-8560 Wevelgem TWIST User Guide 1 User manual t t Twist_User_Guide - 20251223 Purpose of this guide : This guide will explain how the BNP_Screen device can be controlled for testing purposes. This device usually controls AC motors but we have chusen to replace these by an equivalent load of light bulbs because of shipping weight. Setup: The setup contains the following items: (See images below) 1. BNP Screen device 2. Twist Gateway with USB C cable 3. 3 pin AC power cable with plug 4. 4 pin connector cable with lightbulbs Please connect the 4 pin connector cable to 1 of the 3 matching connectors on the BNP Screen device. Please connect the 3 pin connector cable to the matching connector on the BNP Screen device. Plugin a ethernet cable into the Twist Gateway and connect to the internet. Plug USB C cable into Twist Gateway. Connect USB cable to USB power supply (5V). Power both the Twist Gateway and BNP Screen Device by connecting them to the grid power. 1 Muizelstraat 2 B-8560 Wevelgem 2 User manual t t Twist_User_Guide - 20251223 USB 5V 2A Connect to ethernet Connect 3pins connector Connect 4pins connector to 1 of the 3 channels 1x BNP_Screen 1x Gateway Explenation: The BNP Screen Device can be controlled over the internet. The Twist Gateway is connected to the internet and receives the control signals from the GUI in the web browser. The Twist Gateway sends these signals over the Twist network (2.4GHz) to con- trol one or more outputs of the BNP Screen device. We already setup a pre-made network between the BNP Screen device and the Twist Gateway for this test. In this case the lightbulbs will be controlled instead of an AC motor. 1.
