Users Manual

1 User Manual for Automatic Pet Washing Machine Index Safety Instructions Product Introduction Product Installation Operation Instruction Emergency Handling Maintenance and Cleaning Troubleshooting Technical Support and Contact 2 Safety Instructions 1. Electrical Safety The automatic pet washing equipment must be connected to a power outlet with a proper safety ground. Since the equipment operates with high power consumption, a power cable of at least 4 square millimeters must be used. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service department, or similarly qualified professionals to avoid danger. 2. Handling Safety For short-distance transportation on flat surfaces, the equipment may be manually pushed under safe conditions. For longer distances or transportation involving elevation changes, a forklift must be used. 3. Installation Safety The equipment must be installed on a flat surface and must not be tilted. If there is a tilt of less than 1°, the leveling feet can be adjusted to ensure proper balance. 4. Cleaning Targets The device is currently designed primarily for cleaning medium to large- sized pet dogs (such as Shiba Inus, Border Collies, etc.). For optimal cleaning results and the safety of the pet, it is not recommended for use with small dogs. If cleaning a small dog, please strictly follow the operating guidelines for small-breed bathing. 5. Prohibitions and Precautions This device must not be used to clean cats under any circumstances. Additionally, before starting the cleaning process, ensure that the pet is not wearing any clothing or accessories; if present, they must be removed prior to washing. 6. Operational Safety During operation, the owner should stay close to the equipment and monitor the pet to prevent and respond to stress reactions. Do not press the emergency stop button unless necessary, as this may disrupt the normal operation of the equipment. 3 Product Instructions Accessories List with Icons: Drain Hose Water Inlet Hose Hose Clamps Wall Mounting Hooks User Manual 1 piece 1 piece 2 pieces 2 pairs 1 book △:Wall Mounting Hooks – used for securing the unit when installed against a wall. The maximum allowable tilt of the supporting surface is 1°. Uneven ground may cause instability of the equipment. Please adjust as follows: Ensure the equipment is placed level. Check which side is tilted. Locate the leveling foot adjustment nut and rotate it manually to raise or lower the equipment accordingly. Rotate counterclockwise: Equipment rises Rotate clockwise: Equipment lowers Water Pipe Installation  Drain Hose Installation: After leveling is complete, insert the drain hose firmly into the drainage outlet at the bottom of the unit. Once in place, secure it with a hose clamp.  Water Inlet Hose Installation: If a water tap is available within 1 meter, use the included water inlet hose—connect one end to the tap and the other to the equipment’s water inlet. If not, use a soft hose with a 25mm diameter. Secure it with a clamp, and connect the other end to the water source. In the event of a power failure, the locks will release immediately, allowing the pet to exit safely.  Abnormal Pet Behavior During Operation: If the owner observes abnormal behavior through the viewing windows or display screen, or if the machine malfunctions, the emergency stop button located below the screen can be used to immediately halt the device. Emergency Stop Button 7 Maintenance and Cleaning To ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of the machine, regular maintenance is essential. The machine features an automatic rinsing and disinfection cycle after each use, minimizing the need for frequent manual cleaning. However, periodic checks and cleaning are still recommended. 1. Regular Cleaning: • Although the machine performs automatic self-cleaning and disinfection after each wash, we recommend inspecting and cleaning the interior surfaces every few days or as needed based on usage. • Wipe down surfaces with a soft cloth and mild detergent if visible residue remains. • Ensure all parts are dry before closing the lid to prevent mold or odors. 2. Bottom Filter Tray Cleaning: • The machine includes a removable bottom filter tray designed to capture pet hair, feces, and other debris during each session. • Remove the tray regularly (e.g., every 2–3 uses) and rinse it under running water. • Dry it thoroughly before reinserting. • Do not operate the machine without the filter tray in place. 3. Roller Brush Maintenance: • The machine is equipped with roller brushes on both sides of the wash room, designed to assist in moving and gently scrubbing the pet during cleaning. • Check the roller brushes regularly for tangled hair, dirt, or other debris that may affect movement. • Clean the brushes b…
