Clean your windshield and put the electrostatic sticker on the recommended area as shown in the figure. Avoid the edge of the windshield and select the flat and smooth area for the installation. Make sure you remove air bubbles between the sticker and the glass. ★Important Note: The UTOUR AI Collision Avoidance Dashcam C3L is compatible with TF cards of 16–512GB and must use UHS 3 (U3) TF cards.To avoid compromising your experience, please use compliant TF cards. Insert the TF card into the TF card slot on the main unit (ensure correct orientation of the TF card). Insert a TF card into the TF Card Slot Step 1 Step 2 For optimal product functionality, please ensure the following installation conditions. ★Warm Tip: If the windshield within the recommended device instal- lation area contains black grid regions, the static cling sticker cannot adhere effectively to these areas.Please avoid these zones and select a position adjacent to the recommended area. ★Warm Tip: Depending on the vehicle,the cigarette lighter socket may be located in a different position. The figure provided is for reference only. Please tear off the Camera lens protective film. Remove the protective film of 3M glue from the back of the brack- et, and paste the bracket onto the electrostatic sticker . press the bracket to make sure it is firmly attached to the electrostatic sticker. 2.Stick the Main unit mount base to the windshield. Device installation area As shown in the figure,run the power cord along the top of the windshield,down the A-pillar,and around the glove compartment,so that the power connector is near the cigarette lighter.Connect one end of car charger to cigarette lighter socket, and another end to the Device. Connect the Rear Camera to the Rear Camera Cable,and insert the other end into the AV- IN Port of the device;Paste the Rear Camera on the glass.Please tear off the Rear Camera lens protective film before. 3.Connecting the power supply. 点烟器 保险盒 Step 3 Please turn the device up or down to make it face forward horizontally. Start the car,the product will automatically turn on,and a power- on prompt sound will be issued,and the continuous video storage will begin.Please use the mobile APP to complete personalized configuration.(During daily use of the C3L,there is no need to connect the APP to the device.) Step 1:Connect to WiFi APP Settings The C3L is equipped with a built-in wireless WiFi module, allowing the smartphone to connect directly to the device and establish a wireless local area network (WLAN). Through the wireless data transmission feature, the "UTOUR" App enables users to view real-time previews of C3L's footage and playback recorded videos.These opera- tions do not consume cellular data. Operation Steps: 1.Ensure the device is properly powered on and maintains a 2-meter operational range with the smartphone. 2.Open the "UTOUR" App, navigate to the "Camera" section via the bottom menu, and tap the "+" symbol in the top-right corner to add a device. Proceed with "Next" > "Connect WiFi" . 3.From the Wi-Fi list, select the network named "UTOUR C3L - [Device ID]" (Device ID is printed on the product label or packaging). Android:Choose the corresponding Wi-Fi name, enter the default password: 12345678, and confirm. If prompted, select "Continue" to proceed. iOS:Open Settings > Wi-Fi,select the target network,input the default password: 12345678, and tap "Join". 4.After successful connection, park the vehicle on level ground (avoid slopes or inclined surfaces).Ensure the front of the vehicle has at least 20 meters of unobstructed space for activation. Step 2: AI ADAS Driving Assistance Algorithm Calibration 1.Please open the "UTOUR" App, and contect the APP to the device through the WIFI,and then navigate to the "Recorder" section, and tap "Enter Recorder" to access the live preview screen. Ensure the Front Camera feed is displayed (do not switch to the Rear Camera). 2.Adjust up and down the angle of the Front Camera.The goal is to position the horizon line in the center of the preview screen,with the sky and ground each occupying approximately 50%. 3.Start the vehicle and drive on a public road to initiate calibration. First-time calibration: Requires 3–5 minutes of driving until the system emits a "Calibration Complete" notification. Subsequent recalibration: If the camera angle shifts significantly, adjust the vertical angle again. The system will automatically recali- brate to maintain ADAS functionality accuracy. ★ Important Notes:Critical Calibration Conditions (First-Time Use): Vehicle must travel on roads with clear lane markings on both sides. Maintain a speed of “>30 km/h”. Avoid congested traffic. Minimize lane changes during calibration.
