Select the desired Bluetooth device and press Button ③ to connect the second headphone. 6. Connect the product to a TV that supports ARC. 6 Common Issues and Solutions NO. Troubleshooting Cause and Solution 1 Display not working Check if USB cable is properly connected to power adapter 2 Bluetooth connection failure - Ensure antenna is tightened - Check if Bluetooth headphones are powered on - Ensure Bluetooth headphones are in pairing mode - Confirm headphones are within connection range 3 No audio - Verify TV supports ARC - Confirm transmitter is connected to the TV's ARC port - Ensure TV audio output is set to ARC - Make sure CEC is enabled - Check that audio format is set to PCM/LPCM - Check volume level 7 Note: Before using this product, please ensure that the TV’s audio output is set to ARC and the audio format is set to PCM/LPCM. Incorrect settings may result in no sound output. Refer to the TV user manual or contact the TV manufacturer for setup instructions. 4 Unable to control volume via TV remote - Aim the remote at the TV, not at the transmitter or other devices - Check the remote’s battery FCCRequirement Anychangesormodificationsnotexpresslyapprovedbythepartyresponsibleforcompliancecould voidtheuser ’ sauthoritytooperatetheequipment.
