SPURIOUS EMISSIONS AT THE ANTENNA TERMINALS TbtTx 2026.02.05.0 WTD.2025.08.28.0 TEST DESCRIPTION Testing was performed using the mode(s) of operation and configuration(s) noted within the report. The individuals and/or the organization requesting the test provided the modes, configurations and settings used to complete the evaluation. The actual test parameters are specified in the test data, this includes items such as investigated frequency range (scanned) and test levels. The testing methods and performance specifications, as well as the test site used for the evaluation are indicated in the test data. Limits: 47 CFR 27.53(m)(2) For digital base stations, the attenuation shall be not less than 43 + 10 log (P) dB Method: ANSI C63.26:2015, Clause 5.7.1 The measurement was made using a direct connection between the RF output of the EUT and a spectrum analyzer. While transmitting at full power, the spectrum was scanned from the lowest frequency generated by the equipment to the 10 th harmonic. The spectrum analyzer was configured to the following settings: Frequency Range: 9 kHz – 30 MHz Detector = RMS Avg RBW = 10 kHz VBW = 100 kHz Trace Mode = Max Hold Number of points ≥ 2 * span / RBW Sweep Time = 2 * ( Number of Points ) * (Transmitter Period ) Marker was placed on the largest Emission A correction factor was applied the measured value 1 1. Correction factor is the sum of: a. Measurement bandwidth correction = 10 * log [ Reference Bandwidth / Measurement Bandwidth ] = 10 * log [ 1 MHz / 0.01 MHz ] = 20 dB b. Duty cycle correction factor = 10 * log [ 1 / duty cycle ] = 10 * log [ 1 / 0.74 ] = 1.3 dB Frequency Range: 30 MHz – 27 GHz Detector = Peak RBW = 1 MHz VBW = 3 MHz Trace Mode = Max Hold Sweep Time = Auto Trace was allowed to stabilize A marker was place on the largest emission in the span of the measurement The reference level offset for screen capture(s) uses an internal transducer factor on the analyzer to correct the displayed trace based on the cable loss over frequency. The reference level offset for the additional screen capture(s) is then based on the expected attenuator value. As outlined in FCC KDB 662911, clause 3(a)(iii) - radios with multiple outputs require an additional 10*log(N out ) dB, where N is the number of outputs shall be added to the measured results. For this device, N = 2. Giving 10*log( 2 ) = 3 dB. Screen capture(s) Offset = “Internal” cable loss factor not shown on screen capture + Ref Lvl Offset showing expected attenuator value and MIMO correction factor of 3 dB. Notes 1. As outlined in in ANSI C63.26:2015, Clause 5.7.2(e), to show compliance for a given EBW, testing was limited to the worst case mode. a. For 20 MHz BW, two modes were selected. The mode that yielded the highest output power and the mode that yielded the largest 99% OBW. b. For 40 MHz BW, two modes were selected. The mode that yielded the highest output power and the mode that yielded the largest 99% OBW. The results of this test pertain only to the sample(s) tested. The specific description is noted in each of the individual sections of the test report supporting this certificate of test. This report reflects only those tests from the referenced standards shown in the certificate of test. It does not include inspection or verification of labels, identification, marking or user information. As indicated in the Statement of Work sent with the quotation, Element’s standard process is to always use the latest published version of the test methods even when earlier versions are cited in the test specification. Issuance of a purchase order was de facto acceptance of this approach. Otherwise, the client would have advised Element in writing of the specific version of the test methods they wanted applied to the subject testing. The difference is the result of tolerances in the measurement system that cannot be completely eliminated. To the extent that technology allows us, it has been our aim to minimize this error. Measurement uncertainty is a statistical expression of measurement error qualified …
