This test report shall not be reproduced, except in full, without the written approval * RF Exposure FCC ID: 2BRZ6-DRCERVICARE 1. Regulation According to the KDB 447498 D01 V06, the following RF exposure evaluation shall to demonstrate RF exposure compliance. Unless specifically required by the published RF exposure KDB procedures, standalone 1-g head or body and 10-g extremity SAR evaluation for general population exposure conditions, by measurement or numerical simulation, is not required when the corresponding SAR Test Exclusion Threshold condition(s), listed below, is (are) satisfied. These test exclusion conditions are based on source-based time-averaged maximum conducted output power of the RF channel requiring evaluation, adjusted for tune-up tolerance, and the minimum test separation distance required for the exposure conditions. The minimum test separation distance defined in 4.1 f) is determined by the smallest distance from the antenna and radiating structures or outer surface of the device, according to the host form factor, exposure conditions and platform requirements, to any part of the body or extremity of a user or bystander. To qualify for SAR test exclusion, the test separation distances applied must be fully explained and justified, typically in the SAR measurement or SAR analysis report, by the operating configurations and exposure conditions of the transmitter and applicable host platform requirements, according to the required published RF exposure KDB procedures. When no other RF exposure testing or reporting are required, a statement of justification and compliance must be included in the equipment approval, in lieu of the SAR report, to qualify for SAR test exclusion. When required, the device specific conditions described in the other published RF exposure KDB procedures must be satisfied before applying these SAR test exclusion provisions; for example, handheld PTT two-way radios, handsets, laptops and tablets, etc. a) For 100 γ to 6 γ and test separation distances β€ 50 γ, the 1-g and 10-g SAR test exclusion thresholds are determined by the following: [(max. power of channel, including tune-up tolerance, γ½) / (min. test separation distance, γ)] Β· [βf(γ)] β€ 3.0 for 1-g SAR, and β€ 7.5 for 10-g extremity SAR,30 where β f(γ) is the RF channel transmit frequency in γ β Power and distance are rounded to the nearest γ½ and mm before calculation β The result is rounded to one decimal place for comparison β The values 3.0 and 7.5 are referred to as numeric thresholds in step b) below The test exclusions are applicable only when the minimum test separation distance is β€ 50 γ, and for transmission frequencies between 100 γ and 6 γ. When the minimum test separation distance is < 5 γ, a distance of 5 γ according to 4.1 f) is applied to determine SAR test exclusion. b) For 100 γ to 6 γ and test separation distances > 50 γ, the 1-g and 10-g SAR test exclusion thresholds are determined by the following (also illustrated in Appendix B): 1) {[Power allowed at numeric threshold for 50 γ in step a)] + [(test separation distance β 50 γ)Β·(f(γ)/150)]} γ½, for 100 γ to 1500 γ 2) {[Power allowed at numeric threshold for 50 γ in step a)] + [(test separation distance β 50 γ)Β·10]} γ½, for > 1500 γ and β€ 6 γ c) For frequencies below 100 γ, the following may be considered for SAR test exclusion (also illustrated This test report shall not be reproduced, except in full, without the written approval in Appendix C): 1) For test separation distances > 50 γ and < 200 γ, the power threshold at the corresponding test separation distance at 100 γ in step b) is multiplied by [1 + log(100/f(γ))] 2) For test separation distances β€ 50 γ, the power threshold determined by the equation in c) 1) for 50 γ and 100 γ is multiplied by Β½ 3) SAR measurement procedures are not established below 100 γ. When SAR test exclusion cannot be applied, a KDB inquiry is required to determine SAR evaluation requirements for any SAR test results below 100 γ to be acceptable. This test report shall not be reproduced, except in full, without the written approval 2. Result 2-1. Conducted Spurious Emission Test setup EUT Attenuator Spectrum analyzer Limit According to Β§15.247(d), In any 100 γ bandwidth outside the frequency band in which the spread spectrum or digitally modulated intentional radiator is operation, the radio frequency power that is produced by the intentional radiator shall be at least 20 γ below that in the 100 γ bandwidth within the band that contains the highest level of the desired power, based on either an RF conducted or a radiated measurement, provided the transmitter demonstrates compliance with the peak conducted power averaging over a time interval, as permitted under paragraph (b)(3) of this section, the attenuation specified in Β§15.209(a) is not required. In addition, radiated emission limits specified in Β§15.209(a) (see Β§15.205(c)). Limit : 20 dBc Test procedure ANSI C63.10-2013 - Section 11.11.3 KDB 558074 D01 v05 - Section 8.5 Test settings Establish an emission level by using the following procedure: 1) Set the center frequency and span to encompass frequency range to be measured. 2) Set the RBW = 100 γ 3) Set the VBW ο³ [3ο½RBW] 4) Detector = peak 5) Sweep time = auto couple 6) Trace mode = max hold 7) Allow trace to fully stabilize. 8) Use the peak marker function to determine the maximum amplitude level. Ensure that the amplitude of all unwanted emissions outside of the authorized frequency band (excluding restricted frequency bands) is attenuated by at least the minimum requirements specified in 11.11. Report the three highest emissions relative to the limit. AC Conducted emission Test setup Limit According to 15.207(a), for an intentional radiator that is designed to be connected to the public utility (AC) power line, the radio frequency voltage that is conducted back onto the AC power line on any frequency or frequencies, within the band 150 γ to 30 γ, shall not exceed the limits in the following table, as measured using a 50uH/50 ohm line impedance stabilization network (LISN). Compliance with the provision of this paragraph shall on the measurement of the radio frequency voltage between each power line and ground at the power terminal. The lower applies at the boundary between the frequencies ranges. Frequency of Emission (γ) Conducted limit (γγΆ/m) Quasi-peak Average 0.15 β 0.50 66 - 56* 56 - 46* 0.50 β 5.00 56 46 5.00 β 30.0 60 50 Measurement procedure 1. The EUT was placed on a wooden table of size, 1 m by 1.5 m, raised 80 γ in which is located 40 γ away from the vertical wall and 1.5m away from the side wall of the shielded room. 2. Each current-carrying conductor of the EUT power cord was individually connected through a 50Ξ©/50ΞΌH LISN, which is an input transducer to a spectrum analyzer or an EMI/Field Intensity Meter, to the input power source. 3. Exploratory measurements were made to identify the frequency of the emission that had the highest amplitude relative to the limit by operating the EUT in a range of typical modes of operation, cable position, and with a typical system equipment configuration and arrangement. Based on the exploratory tests of the EUT, the one EUT cable configuration and arrangement and mode of operation that had produced the emission with the highest amplitude relative to the limit was selected for the final measurement. 4. The final test on all current-carrying conductors of all of the power cords to the equipment that comprises the EUT (but not the cords associated with other non-EUT equipment is the system) was then performed over the frequency range of 0.15 γ to 30 γ. 5. The measurements were made with the detector set to peak amplitude within a bandwidth of 10 γ or to quasi-peak and average within a bandwidth of 9 γ. The EUT was in transmitting mode during the measurements.
