Why does the device keep restarting or fail to start? 1.Use the charger/cable provided with the device to avoid issues caused by incompatible power adapters. 2. Remove the memory card and press the power button once to check if the device starts normally. If the device experiences lag, delays, or fails to record videos, this could indicate poor performance or damage to the memory card. 3.Disconnect the camera cable and car charger, then reconnect them and check if the issue is resolved. 4.Connect the device to a smartphone USB charger using a different USB cable and plug it into a home wall outlet for a power test. Note: This accessory is sold separately and not included in the standard package . Step 1: Fuse Identification Locate your vehicle’s fuse box (typically in the glove compartment, trunk, or engine bay). Common fuse types: ATC, ATS, MICRO2, MINI (MINI is most common). Remove the panel cover to access the fuses. Refer to your vehicle’s manual for details . All parking surveillance videos are saved in Parking folders.The front camera's parking recording files are named as Year_Date_Time_******A, and Year_Date_Time_******B for the rear camera. Note Volume: Allow you to select the volume that suits you best. Options: OFF / Low / Middle / High Boot-up Sound: Enable or disable the start-up tone. Options: ON / OFF Beep Sound: Enable or disable all system alert tones. Options: ON / OFF LED Status Indicator: Control the device's LED Status Indicator light on/off. Options: ON / OFF Fatigue Driving Reminder: When enabled, it will issue a prompt within the set time to remind you to take a timely break and ensure your safety. ● Options: OFF / 1 Hour / 2 Hours / 3 Hours / 4 Hours Format Reminder: The device periodically reminds you to format the storage card, reducing risk of data corruption from prolonged use. •Options: OFF / 15 Days / 30 Days / 60 Days / 90 Days Storage Space: Check the memory card's capacity usage. APP: Download the app by scanning the QR code. Card Speed Test: Checks the memory card's quality to determine if it meets the device's usage standards. Note Operation Guidance Power On / OFF Recording Mode Insert a compatible microSD card to enable automatic loop recording when power is detected. Configure video durations to 1/2/3/5-minute intervals. When storage is full, the system overwrites the oldest files sequentially. All recordings save to the ORSDC/Video directory . Emergency Recording If the G-sensor detects a collision or significant impact, the system automatically creates a protected video clip and locks it to prevent overwriting . To preserve evidence: 1) Connect to the device via the AMGEKE app immediately after an incident to download the locked clip. 2) For extended footage, manually lock and download additional recordings through the app . ● Automatic: The dash cam powers on and starts recording when the vehicle’s engine is started. It stops recording and powers off when the engine is turned off or the charging cable is disconnected. ● Manual: Press and hold the Power Button to turn the device on or off .
