The charging animation will appear on the screen. Charging Method If the main unit overheats during use, stop using it and contact customer support. Do not apply strong impacts such as pulling or dropping the product, as this may cause malfunction. Due to the nature of the materials, this product may fade or change color from moisture, sweat, sunlight, friction, etc. When using this product, please be careful not to catch on or damage surrounding objects. Do not use this product for purposes other than pulse wave measurement, as this may cause malfunction. The algorithm installed in this product is recommended for users aged 12 and older. This product does not guarantee safety from extreme heat risks. Regardless of what the product display shows, we strongly recommend taking appropriate rest if you feel unwell. This product does not guarantee the user's health condition or the presence or absence of illness. If the accuracy of pulse wave measurement decreases due to dirt on the sensor or improper wearing, the calculation accuracy will also decrease. Please wear this product correctly and clean it regularly. Usage Precautions If this product does not work properly, such as "measurement does not start even when turned on (blue flashing)" or "warning message does not disappear even when the function button is pressed", please perform a reset operation. To reset this product, please hold down the power button for 15 seconds. This product will power off and restart. Performing a reset will restore this product to its factory default settings. If this product still does not work properly after the reset operation, please contact Customer Support. When Encountering Problems This product uses a lithium-ion battery. When disposing of the battery, please comply with the waste disposal and recycling regulations in your area. Disposal of This Product For accurate pulse wave measurement, regularly wipe the sensor and band parts with a cloth. Do not use benzene or alcohol. Wipe clean especially after exercise or sweating. As this product is water-resistant, you can also use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water. To prevent over-discharge, charge this product at least once every six months. Care InstructionsProduct Overview Package Contents Main unitCharging clipUser manual hamon band V is a product that uses a patented algorithm (*1) developed by Mitsufuji Corporation and the University of Occupational and Environmental Health to estimate rises and falls (*2) in core body temperature based on pulse wave data. The algorithm operates correctly when used in extremely hot environments. Calculation starts when this product is worn (powered on). When the heat risk level becomes moderate (Medium Risk), this product alerts the user with a yellow LED and vibration. When the risk increases further (High Risk), it warns with a red LED, vibration, and sound. This product aims to encourage users to rest and stay hydrated through these LED flashes, vibrations, and sounds. The gain of the antennas used in the product is extracted from the Antenna data sheets provided and also the maximum total power input to the antenna is measured. Through the Friis transmission formula and the maximum gain of the antenna, we can calculate the distance, away from the product, where the limit of MPE is reached. Although the Friis Transmission formula is far field assumption, the calculated result of that is an over-prediction for near field power density. It is taken as worst case to specify the safety range. 2.2 LIMIT Approximate SAR Test Exclusion Power Thresholds at Selected Frequencies and Test Separation Distances are illustrated in the following Table.
