Take the time to find your optimal fit. Ears Domes that come in small,medium & large sizes. Rounded: small medium large 2.Fitting The Ear Domes ① Remove Ear Domes: Pinch the Ear Dome with your thumb, index and middle finger to seperate the Ear Dome from the connector. ② Fit Ear Domes: Select an appropriate Ear Dome according to the size of your ear canal, hold the Ear Dome and fit it into the connector of the hearing aid. SETTING UP YOUR DEVICE 3.Powering ON/OFF Press & hold the upper key of the hearing aid volume up for 2-3 seconds to switch the machine on and off. When the machine is turned on, the green light stays on for 1 second, accompanied by the sound "Power On". When the machine is turned off, the blue light stays on for 1 second, followed by the sound "Power Off". volume up SETTING UP YOUR DEVICE 4.Switching between Modes Press & hold the volume down button 3 seconds until you hear a Prompt Tone.Use the multifunctional buttons to cycle through switching programs in sequence, with a total of 4 levels of programs. M1 Common 1 Chime M2 Restaurant 2 Chimes M3 Traffic 3 Chimes M4 Outdoor 4 Chimes volume down SETTING UP YOUR DEVICE volume up volume down 5.Wear a hearing aid Step 1: Gently put the hearing aid over your ear until it rests securely behind your ear. Step 2: Push the ear tube into your ear canal until it is snug and comfortable. SETTING UP YOUR DEVICE 6.Adjusting Volume BL98NAW/BL98PNAW/BL98UNAW: To adjust volume, tap (volume up) or (volume down) for 1 second.Each volume level is denoted by a single beep. Max/Lowest volume are indicated by a 2 beep,There are 10 volume levels.There will be a five tone beep sound when the battery is low. 7.CHARGING INDICATOR When the hearing aid is placed in the charging case, the charging case indicator light will light up for 5S according to the battery level of the charging case, the blue light indicates that the battery is low, and the green light indicates that the battery is sufficient. When the hearing aid is placed in the charging case, both the charging case and the hearing aid indicator light remain on, and the charging case indicator light goes out after 5 seconds. If the hearing aid is not fully charged, the blue light will turn on, and if it is fully charged, the green light will turn on. When all hearing aids are fully charged, the indicator light will turn off. At this point if you take out one of the hearing aids, the charging case will wake up and the charging indicator light will turn on for 5 seconds and turn off. volume up Bluetooth Pairing Guide 2、Take out one of the hearing aids: When we put the hearing aids into the charging case, it will power off automatically. 3、Power on and pair: First, take out one of the hearing aids and hold down the volume plus button for 7 seconds until you hear a beep “pairing”and see the blue and green indicator lights flashing rapidly alternately. Then release the button. Then the “Avliable devices” on your Bluetooth will show “CT_BL98NAW”, then click it to connect, After a successful connection, there will be a voice prompt saying "Connected". Then, take out the other hearing aid and turn on the power. After turning on the power, it will automatically connect to Bluetooth. 1、Keep your bluetooth on: Keep your mobile phone's Bluetooth function turned on. Music mode/Phone call function Note: ① When the devices are powered on but not paired with the bluetooth, it will enter a low-power mode after 1 minute. At this time, the APP cannot detect the machine. To wake up the devices, you need to short-press the up/down buttons. (It is recommended to turn off the phone's Bluetooth function if you don't need to listen to music or control the APP during use, which can increase the machine's battery life.) ② The device defaults to the hearing aid mode upon startup. When there is music playback, it will automatically switch to the music mode. When there is an incoming call, it will automatically switch to the phone mode. 1、Music mode When the hearing aid is connected to Bluetooth, it can play music. If the music stops playing, it will automatically switch to the hearing aid mode. 2、Phone call function When the hearing aid is connected to Bluetooth, you can answer and hang up the phone. Device APP 1、Download the App ① Scan the right QR code With your phone's browser and download diffferent system apps from the phone.please do not click on any other pop-up paid advertisements (otherwise you will be taken to the next step of adding a credit card and paying). Scroll down to find the app you want to install and click “Install” to proceed. Iphone: Android: Device APP ② Iphone user also can search for the “infiniwave”app in the app store.
