Leep Ring 1 is water resistant (IP68) up to 50m / 164ft. We recommend cleaning the ring regularly and keep it dry, to ensure good functionality of the ring and to reduce potential skin irritation. You can use a damp cloth to wipe the ring. Please ensure that the ring is fully dry before using it again. Leep Ring 1 charging case is not water resistant. Do not u se or store the charging case in humid environments like a bathroom for longer periods. The Leep Ring 1 may get scratched in regular use and may in direct contact with softer materials (metal, jewelry or other objects) cause scratches itself if it gets in close contact. The light-emitting diodes (LED) in the product are in the visible color range. They are safe for the person wearing the product and other people around. LEEP RING 1 USAGE The Leep Ring is compatible with iPhones running iOS 14 or later and Android 6 or later. Sensor Area 1. Connect the supplied USB Type-C Charging Cable or another certified USB Type-C power cable to the Charging Case. 2. Connect the USB Type-C Charging Cable to a 5V/1A external power source. Avoid charging the Charging Case with Fast Chargers as they may impact the battery life. 3. When power is connected and the charging case is fully charged, the green light on the front of the case stays on. 4. When the charging case has a low battery, the green light will flash rapidly. When the charging case is charging, the green light will flash slowly. 5. To charge the Leep Ring 1 place the ring in the Charging Case, ensuring the contacts on the engraved “L” side of the ring align with the charging contacts in the charging case. 6. When the ring is charging, the green light inside the ring will flash slowly and the light on the front of the charging case will stay on. `You can charge the charging case with the lid open or closed. Note: The charging case is not water resistant. For indoor use only. LEEP RING 1 CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO WEAR THE LEEP RING 1LEEP RING 1 TROUBLESHOOTING 1. Choose a ring size that fits your finger to avoid wearing it too tightly or too loosely. 2. For the best performance and accuracy, it is recommended to wear the ring on the index finger of the non-dominant hand. It can also be worn on any other finger as long as the ring sits securely and comfortably. 3. When wearing the ring, ensure that the ring sensor (the side with the engraved “L”) is facing the palm side of your finger for a more accurate measurement. If the ring does not pair with your smartphone: 1. Make sure the ring is charged 2. Check your smartphone to ensure Bluetooth is turned on. This should be in your Bluetooth settings. 3. Restart the Leep App and try pairing again If the ring is not measuring any data: Please contact our support team at [email protected] If the ring battery is draining too quickly: 1. Calibrate your battery by charging it for at least 3 hours 2. Start using your ring again as you normally would 3. If the problem persists, please contact our support team at [email protected] If you are experiencing an issue not mentioned here please contact our support team at [email protected] and report the issue in detail.
