Users Manual

8x6 Dual Pump User Manual This guide will walk you through setting up and using your 86 Dual Pump for automated control of vacuum, pressure, and heat. 1. Getting Started: Device Setup Before you begin, let's get your device powered up correctly. Identifying the Power Ports Your device has two DC power ports that serve different functions. It is critical to use the correct one for power. Power Input: Located on the side of the case that has only one port. The main power button is next to it. Heat Pad Output: Located on the other side, alongside the tube connectors and control buttons. Do NOT plug the main power cable in here. This port is exclusively for powering an optional heat pad. Understanding the Device Buttons Your device has physical buttons for direct control without the app. Note: Throughout this manual, "long press" refers to pressing and holding a button for 1 second. Power Button Location: On the top of the case, near the Power Input port. Functions: Short press (during operation): Pause current operation Short press (while paused): Resume operation Long press: Power off device Note: The device automatically powers on when connected to a power source. 86 Dual Pump User Manual1 Control Buttons (Top of Case) These three buttons are located near the tube connectors. Button 1  Release Negative Pressure Abo ve left tube connector) Short press: Releases the vacuum and stops any running sequence Long press: Calibrates the pressure sensor (indicator light flashes during calibration and stops when complete) Button 2  Release Positive Pressure Abo ve middle tube connector) Short press: Releases positive pressure and stops any running sequence Long press: Calibrates the pressure sensor (indicator light flashes during calibration and stops when complete) Button 3  Heat Pad Control Abo ve DC output port) Short press (when off): Activates 12V output (indicator light flashes slowly) Long press (when off): Activates 24V output (indicator light flashes quickly) Short press (when on): Turns off the heat pad Mechanical Release Valves Each pressure circuit has a manual release valve that can be pressed down to immediately release pressure. These provide a fail-safe mechanism independent of electronic control. Powering On the Device  Plug the included DC power cable into the Power Input port.  Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.  The device will automatically power on and enter standby mode.  Proceed to connect the device to the mobile app. Factory Reset To restore factory default settings:  Disconnect the device from power. 86 Dual Pump User Manual2  Press and hold the power button.  While continuing to hold the power button, connect the device to power.  Continue holding the power button for 15 seconds. During the process the LED will blink, once the reset is done the LED will stop blinking.  Release the power button. The device will reset all settings to factory defaults. 2. Connecting via the "8x6" App Your pump is controlled wirelessly with our dedicated mobile app.  Download the App: Search for and install the "86" app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.  Open the App: Launch the app.  Enable Wireless: Make sure wireless connectivity is enabled on your smartphone.  Scan for Devices: In the app, tap on "Scan for devices".  Connect: Select the device from the list to establish a connection.  Confirmation: A new light will appear on your device, confirming a successful connection. 3. How to Use the App The app is organized into tabs for easy navigation. Direct Control Tab This tab allows you to manually control the device's functions in real-time. Vacuum Pressure:  Adjust the "Vacuum Control" slider to your desired pressure level.  Tap the "Set Vacuum Pressure" button to apply the setting. Inflation / Positive Pressure: 86 Dual Pump User Manual3  Adjust the "Pressure Control" slider.  Tap the "Set Inflation Pressure" button to apply the setting. Heat Pad Control:  To turn the heat pad on, toggle the "Heat Pad Power Status" switch to ON and tap "Set Status".  To turn it off, toggle the switch to OFF and tap "Set Status".  If your heat pad requires 24V, select 24V under "Power Level" and tap "Set Power". Emergency Stop: To immediately release all pressure (both vacuum and inflation), stop any running sequence, and turn off the heat pad, press the floating "Stop | Release" button at any time. Routines Tab Create custom, automated sequences of actions for your device. Routines are transmitted to the device and execute autonomously, so your phone does not need to remain connected during execution. To Create a New Routine:  Navigate to the "Routines" tab.  Tap the "Create New Routine" button (usually in the bottom right corner).  Enter a descriptive name for your routine.  Add steps by tapping buttons for the following actions: Vacuum Pressure  Set negative pressure to a specified value Inflation Pressure  Set positive pressure to a specified value Wait  Pause for a specified duration Heat Pad On  Enable the heat pad output Heat Pad Off  Disable the heat pad output Heat Pad 12V  Set heat pad voltage to 12V 86 Dual Pump User Manual4 Heat Pad 24V  Set heat pad voltage to 24V Sub-Routine  Insert a previously created routine as a nested sequence  Configure the settings for each step you add.  Under "Sequence Settings," choose how the routine will end: Duration: The routine repeats continuously until the specified total duration elapses. Cycles: The routine executes a specified number of times.  Tap "Save Routine". Nested Routines Sub-Routines): You can incorporate previously created routines as sub-routines within a parent routine. This allows you to build complex sequences from simpler building blocks. Each sub-routine can have its own independent duration or cycle settings. To Run a Routine:  Go to the "Main" tab.  Select your desired routine from the list.  Optional) You can override the saved cycle coun…
