86386 V60D Product Manual 1. Start/Stop the motor After the system is powered on, briefly press the 50% button on the keyfob once, and the motor will start at 50% power and begin to rotate and stabilize gradually. When the 100% button on the keyfob is pressed briefly, the motor will start at 50% power and ramp up to 100% power within 2 seconds. Pressing the stop button on the keyfob briefly will immediately stop the motor. 2. Switching Output power When the motor rotates at 50% power, briefly pressing the 100% button, the controller will increase the output power to 100% within 1 second. Similarly, when the motor rotates at 100% power, briefly pressing the 50% button, the controller will decrease the output power to 50% within 2 seconds. 3. Start the motor manually When the motor in a stopped state, connect the BYPASS terminal to the COMMON terminal on the controller, and the controller will output at 100% power to start the motor. If the motor was originally running at 50% power, it will switch to 100% power operation at this time. When the connection between BYPASS and COMMON terminals is disconnected, the controller immediately stops outputting power, and the motor stops running. FCC ID: 2BTT9-86386V60D RF Exposure evaluation According to 447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v06 The 1-g and 10-g SAR test exclusion thresholds for 100 MHz to 6 GHz at test separation distances ≤ 50 mm are determined by: [(max. power of channel, including tune-up tolerance, mW)/(min. test separation distance, mm)] ·[√f(GHz)] ≤ 3.0 for 1-g SAR and ≤ 7.5 for 10-g extremity SAR, where f(GHz) is the RF channel transmit frequency in GHz Power and distance are rounded to the nearest mW and mm before calculation The result is rounded to one decimal place for comparison eirp = pt x gt = (EXd) 2 /30 where: pt = transmitter output power in watts, gt = numeric gain of the transmitting antenna (unitless), E = electric field strength in V/m, --- 10 ((dBuV/m)/20) /10 6 d = measurement distance in meters (m)---3m So pt = (EXd) 2 /30 x gt For Worst case Mode: 433.99MHz Field strength =74.6 dBuV/m @3m Ant gain 0 dBi; so Ant numeric gain=1 So pt= {[10 (74.6/20) /10 6 x3] 2 /30x1} x 1000 mW =0.00865 mW So (0.00865mW/5mm) x √0.43399 GHz = 0.00075<3 Then SAR evaluation is not required
