EU Declaration Conformity Hereby, NT SYS Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság. declares that this device is in compliance with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive 2014/53/EU. In accordance with Article10(2) and Artical10(10), This product is allowed to use in all EU member states. A complete declaration of conformity can be obtained at: https://ntsys.hu/rolunk/ The device can operate in EU Member State without restricted. RF Exposure Statement SAR tests are conducted using standard operating positions According CE standard with the device transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands, although the SAR is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the device while operating can be well below the maximum value. This model product has been tested and meets the CE RF exposure guidelines with the test distance is 0mm for head and 5mm for body, the max. SAR value report is 3.668W/Kg for Limb and1.695W/Kg for body. The use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories should n ot contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with CE exposure requirements, and should be avoided. Warnings 1 Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions. Adapter shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible. 2 3 To charge the device, please use the charger with the device or CE approved charger with output parameters descripted as below; unauthorized power adapter or data cable may cause charger exploding or damage the machine. Input: DC 5V/9V 2A 4 5 Plug the adapter power socket in 100-240VAC socket, others may cause charger exploding or damage the machine. The plug considered as disconnect device of adapter. Do not store thedevice in temperatures lower -20 ºC and higher than 55 ºC. 6 The safetyoperatingtemperature of this device is -20ºC-55ºC. This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Any Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: -Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. -Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. -Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. -Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. RF Exposure Statement This device has been tested and meets applicable limits for radio frequency (RF) exposure. Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) refers to the rate at which the body absorbs RF energy. The SAR limit is 1.6W/kg in countries that set the limit averaged over 1 gram of tissue , 2.0 W/kg in countries that set the limit averaged over 10 grams of tissue, and 4.0 W/kg for limb on average for 10 g of cellular tissue absorbing the majority of frequencies. During testing, the device radios are set to their highest transmission levels and SAR is evaluated in real-time, over time intervals as specified by applicable regulations. This device is evaluated in positions that simulate uses against the head, with no separation, when worn or carried against the torso of the body, with 5mm separation, and limbo with no separation. P12Pro uses the latest approved regulatory methods adopted in the industry for testing and managing device radios to meet RF exposure limits. These methods track radio usage and RF exposure in real-time and manage power to ensure that the device complies with applicable RF exposure limits. To reduce exposure to RF energy, use a hands-free option, such as the built-in speakerphone, headphones, or other similar accessories. Cases with metal parts may change the RF performance of the device, including its compliance with RF exposure guidelines, in a manner that has not been tested or certified. Although this device has been tested to determine RF exposure compliance in each band of operation, not all bands are available in all areas. Bands are dependent on your service provider’s wireless and roaming networks. To maintain compliance with radio frequency exposure guidelines and limits, keep the tablet at least 0.20 in. (5 mm) away from your body. When you carry the tablet on your body, use only accessories equipped with an integrated belt clip that are supplied or approved by the manufacturer. If you use a body-worn accessory not supplied by the manufacturer, verify that the accessory does not contain metal and keep the tablet at least 0.20 in. (5 mm) from your body.

Output power listed is conducted power. This device contains 20 and 40 MHz signal bandwidth. SAR compliance for body-worn operating configurations is limited to the specific configurations tested for this filing. Body-worn operations are restricted to belt-clips, holsters or similar accessories that have no metallic component in the assembly and must provide at least 0 mm separation between the device and the body of the user. End-users must be informed of the body-worn operating requirements for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The highest reported SAR for body-worn and simultaneous SAR accessory is 0.22 W/kg and 1.38 W/kg respectively.
