Put on the motion accelerator, ensuring the electrode pads are in close contact with your skin. 2. Align the main unit with the waist slide groove and push it in until you hear a "beep", indicating it is installed correctly. The main unit will power on automatically, and the indicator light will stay solid blue, indicating the unit is connected to the network and ready for operation. 3. Wear the smart ring on a suitable finger (middle or index finger) for more effective data measurement. Note: Measurement results from this product are for reference only and are not intended for any medical purposes. Please follow your doctor's guidance. Do not use the results for self-diagnosis or treatment. 4. After exercise, exit the APP; simultaneously slide out the Main Unit, which will automatically power off. 5. Wipe the Main Unit and electrode pads with a damp cloth, then place them in the storage case and keep in a clean, safe environment.  If the skin is dry, moisten the skin and electrode pads with water first  When using for the first time, it is recommended to use from a low gear, familiarize yourself with the sensation of the stimulation, and then slowly increase the gear after adapting  The intensity level can be adjusted using the buttons on the main unit or within the APP. Existing Account Login: Click "Login", enter your mobile number/email and password, or log in using a third-party social media account. Connection Successful ⚫ APP Features (1) Scenario-Based Waveform Mode Adaptation Based on sports biomechanics characteristics and muscle group activation requirements, a multi- scenario exercise type selection module is constructed, covering four core sports scenarios: running, hiking, mountaineering, and cycling. Each scenario matches a dedicated electrical stimulation waveform mode, achieving precise synergy between stimulation and movement. (2) Exercise Experience Enhancement Centered around physiological needs at different stages (pre-, during, and post-exercise), four types of programs are provided: Warm-up, Enhancement, Lactic Acid Removal, and Recovery, forming a closed-loop for improving exercise performance and preventing injury. (3) Multi-Dimensional Real-Time Physiological Data Acquisition System Through linkage with the smart ring terminal, a non-invasive physiological data monitoring module is established, enabling real-time acquisition and transmission of seven core physiological indicators: ECG, Sleep, Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Blood Oxygen, Body Temperature, and Blood Glucose, providing data support for exercise intervention and health assessment. (4) Visualization and Sharing of Exercise Metabolic Data A deep analysis module for exercise metabolic data is constructed. Post-exercise, a multi- dimensional exercise report is automatically generated, simultaneously presenting daily metabolic details, and supporting data sharing to quantify exercise effects and enable social interaction: ◆ Single Exercise Report: Includes four core metabolic indicators: Basal Metabolic Rate, Exercise Metabolic Consumption, EOS Exercise Gain, and Delayed Gain, along with associated data such as heart rate, exercise duration, distance, and pace. ◆ Daily Metabolic Details: Integrates metabolic consumption data from all exercises of the day, calculates Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE), and generates metabolic trend charts.
