Before use, please use the Carabiner to lock the safety tether to a strong indoor railing, and make sure Robot is securely attached to it. 5. Do not leave the Appliance unattended when using it. To prevent bodily injury or property damage caused by accidental falling of the Appliance, please make sure there are no people, animals, or valuable, fragile objects under the working area of Robot. 6. Do not use the Appliance in whole gale storms and force-10 winds, or in areas where the altitude exceeds 2000 meters (6562 feet). 7. Do not leave the Appliance unattended when it is plugged in. 8. For household use ONLY (including exterior window). Do not use the Appliance in commercial or industrial environments. 9. Do not use on broken or uneven glass, such as glass with static cling stickers, advertising posters, or raised patterns, so as to prevent glass breaking or Appliance’s falling. Do not use on surfaces with gaps, such as a piece of glass with gaps or holes, or two pieces of adjacent, frameless glass with a gap between them, so as to prevent the Appliance from falling due to poor attachment. 10. Only use accessories recommended or supplied by the manufacturer. 11. Please make sure your power supply voltage matches the power voltage marked on the Robot. 12. Do not use the Appliance on a framed glass with a frame smaller than 5 mm (0.2 in). 13. Do not use on glass less than 3 mm (0.12 in) thick or mirrors less than 4 mm (0.16 in) thick. 14. 2627 ENEN Wipe the exterior of the robot with a clean and dry cloth. 5�3 Cleaning the Robot Body Note: Do not soak or rinse the robot directly, as this may damage it. 6 Troubleshooting Q1 ∣ How to charge the battery? When the robot is not attached: 1. Connect the station to a power outlet. 2. Ensure the robot is on. The status indicator light will flash red. 3. When the status indicator turns green, the safety battery level is sufficient, allowing simultaneous charging and cleaning. When the robot is attached: 1. Connect the station to a fixed power outlet. 2. Wait for the robot to return to the starting point. If it doesn't return, use the remote control through the app. 3. After the robot returns to the starting point, press and hold for 2 seconds to remove the robot. 4. When the status indicator turns green, the safety battery power is sufficient, allowing simultaneous charging and cleaning. Q2 ∣ The robot prompts "insufficient suction"� 1. Improper installation of the cleaning cloth can cause gaps at the bottom. Please reinstall according to the following procedures: remove the cleaning cloth and place it evenly onto the velcro located on the bottom plate of the robot. Make sure the track belts and anti-fall sensors are unobstructed to prevent attachment failure. 2. There are gaps and stickers on the glass. Please avoid using the robot on glass with gaps or stickers. 3. There is low obstacle on the glass. Please remove or cover the obstacle before cleaning. Q3 ∣ The robot doesn't spray water� 1. Check if the water level is too low to reach the inlet. Add the cleaning solution or water immediately. 2. When using the robot for the first time, the hose is empty, wait the robot to run for a while (about 1-3 minutes) until the hose is filled so it can spray normally. This may take a while. 3. The automatic spray function may be turned off in the app. Go to the app’s setting interface to enable this feature. 4. If the above solutions still don't work, the spray nozzles may be blocked. Go to the app's setting interface and enable the [Front Nozzle Release] or [Rear Nozzle Release] function to unclog the nozzles. 5. Before disposing of the battery, make sure the battery is removed by qualified technicians and discarded at an appropriate recycling facility. • The battery must be removed from the appliance before disposal; • The appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the battery; • The battery is to be disposed of safely. Removal Guide 1. Disconnect the station adapter from the power source. Turn off the station. The indicator lights on the station will be off. 2.
