making life better RIC hearing aids User manual ITC/ITE hearing aids A Japan Brand Techmi OTC Hearing Aids making life better Foreword This product is an OTC (over-the-counter) air-conduction hearing aid, suitable for adults aged 18 and above with mild to moderate hearing loss. Please read this user manual carefully before using your hearing aid. Hearing aids do not restore normal hearing and cannot prevent or improve hearing loss from medical conditions. To get the most benefit, wear your hearing aids regularly. Start in quiet environments and gradually increase the time you wear them. Begin with 2-3 hours per day, then slowly increase to all-day use. Adjust the settings as needed over time, so your hearing aids become a helpful part of your life. With proper use and care, you will enjoy the benefits of your hearing aids for many years to come. Catalogs 1.Quick Guide 01 2. Hearing aid components and charging cases 06 3. The minimum amount of solder can lead to damage from the stresses caused by the difference in coefficients of expansion between solder, chip and substrate. The terminations are suitable for all wave and re-flow soldering systems. If hand soldering cannot be avoided, the preferred technique is the utilization of hot air soldering tools. Recommended temperature profiles for re-flow soldering in Figure 1. Products attachment with a soldering iron is discouraged due to the inherent process control limitations. In the event that a soldering iron must be employed the following precautions are recommended. ‧Preheat circuit and products to 150°C ‧Never contact the ceramic with the iron tip ‧Use a 20 watt soldering iron with tip diameter of 1.0mm ‧280°C tip temperature (max) ‧1.0mm tip diameter (max) ‧Limit soldering time to 3 sec.
