Fill a glass with enough room- temperature water to hold the fitting tray. Set it aside for steps 9 and 15. 3. Set a timer for one minute. 4. Select a pot or bowl large enough to hold the fitting tray under about one to two inches of water. 5. Bring the water (without Brux Aware!) to a boil on the stove or in a microwave. 6. Remove the pot of water from the heat source and let it rest for 10 seconds. 7. Place the fitting tray with Brux Aware in the pot of hot water and start the one minute timer. 8.After one minute, remove the tray with Brux Aware with a fork or tongs. For the best fit, practice steps 10-12 beforehand Read these instructions before fitting Brux Aware to your UPPER teeth Never place your Brux Aware guard in the microwave! 0:59 seconds 0:10 seconds 1:00 minute 9. Quickly dip Brux Aware into the glass of water for a second. 10. Look in the mirror and hold the tray with Brux Aware by the handle. The small indentation on the top-center bridge aligns with the center of your two front teeth. 11.Open your mouth wide and press the bridge against your top front teeth. 12. Bite down firmly and use suction for about 10 seconds to get a good fit. The guard may feel hot, but it will cool down quickly. 13. Relax and wait about one minute. 14. Slowly open your mouth. If fitted properly, the tray and guard will remain securely attached to your upper teeth. 15. Place the tray and Brux Aware into the glass of room- temperature water for five minutes to set it. 16. Remove Brux Aware from the tray and you are ready for the next step! If the fit is not right, bring the pot of water to a boil again and try again! 0:01 second 5:00 minutes 0:10 seconds 1:00 minute 1.Connect the supplied charging cable to the wall charger and charging device, then plug it into a standard wall outlet. 2. Place Brux Aware in the charger. This will turn your Brux Aware guard on as indicated by a small blinking light. 3. Close the lid. The flashing blue light will change to a gentle blue and purple pulse. The purple glow is a UV light that continuosly sanitizes the surface of Brux Aware. ! An orange blinking light may indicate metal, water, or debris in the charger. Remove it, then unplug the USB-C cable for 10 seconds and reconnect it. 4. Allow your Brux Aware to charge for about two hours. 5. Check the App for the current charge of your device. Instructions for Wireless Charging 2:00 hours 1.To pair your device with the app, place Brux Aware in the charger and make sure the light comes on. 2. Press the pairing button on the back-left of the charger case. The light will blink white and the Brux Aware light will remain solid. 3. Return to the app and follow the instructions on the screen. Pairing with the App Intended Use The Brux Aware™ System is designed to monitor and record teeth grinding and jaw clenching (Bruxism) during sleep. Data is transmitted securely via Bluetooth* to the Brux Aware mobile app and stored in encrypted form in the cloud.
