HB100微波模块是利用多普勒雷达(Doppler Radar)原理设计的微波移动物体探测器,主要 应用于自动门控制开关、安全防范系统、ATM自动提款机的自动录像控制系统、火车自动 信号机等场所。HB100是标准的10.525GHz微波多普勒雷达探测器,这种探测方式与其它 探测方式相比具有如下的优点:1、非接触探测;2、不受温度、湿度、噪声、气流、尘埃、 光线等影响,适合恶劣环境;3、抗射频干扰能力强;4、输出功率小,对人体构不成危害; 5、远距离:探测范围超过20米。 多普勒原理简介:多普勒理论是以时间为基础的,当无线电波在行进过程中碰到物体时该电 波会被反射,反射波的频率会随碰到物体的移动状态而改变。如果无线电波碰到的物体的位 置是固定的,那么反射波的频率和发射波的频率应该相等。如果物体朝着发射的方向移动, 则反射回来的波会被压缩,就是说反射波的频率会增加;反之反射回来的波的频率会随之减 小。 根据多普勒原理设计的微波探测器由FET介质DRO微波震荡源(10.525GHz)、功率分配 器、发射天线、接收天线、混频器、检波器等电路组成(图2)。发射天线向外定向发射微 波,遇到物体时被反射,反射波被接收天线接收,然后到混合器与振荡波混合,混合、检波 后的低频信号反应了物体移动的速度 采用10.525GHz的微波与采用较低频段波相比有以下优点:1、微波天线发射时具有良好 的定向性,因此很容易控制微波探头的作用范围。2、微波在传输过程中较易被衰减、吸收 和反射,遇到墙壁等遮挡物时会被遮挡,因此墙壁等遮挡物外的物体对其干扰很小。 供电:给HB100供电有连续直流供电(CW)模式和脉动供电(PW)模式两种:HB100适 应电压范围为5V±5%。在连续直流供电(CW)模式下工作时典型电流为35mA(典型值)。 在低占空比脉冲供电(PW)模式下工作时,推荐给HB100提供5V、脉冲的宽度在5μs~30μ s之间(典型值为20μs)、频率为2~4kHz(典型值为2.0kHz)的脉冲供电。3~10%的占 空比脉冲供电时平均电流为 1.2mA~4mA。 脉冲供电电压必须在4.75V~5.25V之间,脉冲顶端的平坦度会影响HB100的探测能力。电 源电压超过5.25V时,它的可靠性会降低,并可能导致标称频率外的射频输出和该电路永久 性损坏。 射频输出:在所有推荐工作模式下,HB100的射频功率输出是非常低的,均在对人体构不 成任何危害的安全范围内工作。在连续直流供电(CW)模式下工作时,总输出功率小于 15mW。输出功率密度在5mm处为1mW/cm 2 ,1m处为0.72μW/cm 2 。当在5%占空比的脉 冲供电模式工作时,功率密度分别减少到50μW/cm 2 和0.036μW/cm 2 。 IF输出:当物体在HB100的有效探测范围内以1m/s的速度相对于HB100做径向移动时, HB100的IF输出为72Hz/ s,IF的脉动输出频率与物体相对径向移动速度成近似线性关系。IF 的输出幅度与物体的大小、距离有关,当一个体重70kg、身高170cm的测试者在距离HB100 1m处以1m/s的速度相对于HB100做径向移动时,IF的输出为5mV、72Hz/s脉动信号,IF的 输出幅度与距离的平方成近似反比关系。 简单故障判断:HB100的IF输出在焊接的时候很容易被击穿,用万用表的二极管档测量IF对 GND和GND对IF的压降,正常时(V IF-GND V GND-IF )分别均在0.25V左右。 HB100参数表 原理图一 PW供电方式一 (图中V DD =10~18V DC ,V CC =5V DC 调整电位器可以调整探测距离从3m~25m) FCC Caution. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: -Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. -Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. -Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. -Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 20cm between the radiator & your body. OEM INTEGRATION INSTRUCTIONS: This device is intended only for OEM integrators under the following conditions: The module must be installed in the host equipment such that 20 cm is maintained between the antenna and users, and the transmitter module may not be co-located with any other transmitter or antenna. The module shall be only used with the internal on-board antenna that has been originally tested and certified with this module. External antennas are not supported. As long as these 3 conditions above are met, further transmitter test will not be required. However, the OEM integrator is still responsible for testing their end-product for any additional compliance requirements required with this module installed (for example, digital device emissions, PC peripheral requirements, etc.). The end-product may need Verification testing, Declaration of Conformity testing, a Permissive Class II Change or new Certification. Please involve a FCC certification specialist in order to determine what will be exactly applicable for the end-product. Validity of using the module certification: In the event that these conditions cannot be met (for example certain laptop configurations or co-location with another transmitter), then the FCC authorization for this module in combination with the host equipment is no longer considered valid and the FCC ID of the module cannot be used on the final product. In these circumstances, the OEM integrator will be responsible for re-evaluating the end product (including the transmitter) and obtaining a separate FCC authorization. In such cases, please involve a FCC certification specialist in order to determine if a Permissive Class II Change or new Certification is required. Upgrade Firmware: The software provided for firmware upgrade will not be capable to affect any RF parameters as certified for the FCC for this module, in order to prevent compliance issues. End product labeling: This transmitter module is authorized only for use in device where the antenna may be installed such that 20 cm may be maintained between the antenna and users. The final end product must be labeled in a visible area with the following: “Contains FCC ID: 2BUM4-CQRSENWB01”. Information that must be placed in the end user manual: The OEM integrator has to be aware not to provide information to the end user regarding how to install or remove this RF module in the user's manual of the end product which integrates this module. The gain of the antenna used in the product was extracted from the supplied antenna data sheet and the maximum total power input to the antenna was also measured. Calculate the distance from the product to the MPE limit by the formula. 2.2 LIMIT For single RF sources (i.e., any single fixed RF source, mobile device, or portable device, as defined in paragraph (b)(2) of this section): A single RF source is exempt if: (A) The available maximum time-averaged power is no more than 1 mW, regardless of separation distance. This exemption may not be used in conjunction with other exemption criteria other than those in paragraph (b)(3)(ii)(A) of Part 1.1307. Medical implant devices may only use this exemption and that in paragraph (b)(3)(ii)(A); (B) Or the available maximum time-averaged power or effective radiated power (ERP), whichever is greater, is less than or equal to the threshold Pth (mW) described in the following formula. This method shall only be used at separation distances (cm) from 0.5 centimeters to 40 centimeters and at frequencies from 0.3 GHz to 6 GHz (inclusive). If the ERP of a single RF source is not easily obtained, then the available maximum time-averaged power may be used in lieu of ERP if the physical dimensions of the radiating structure(s) do not exceed the electrical length of λ/4 or if the antenna gain is less than that of a half-wave dipole (1.64 linear value).
