SN19 series thermostat Sauna controller operating instruction SN19-series thermostat user manual SN1 The SN19 series temperature controllers are designed for the intelligent temperature control of sauna rooms, steam rooms, yoga studios, and other product systems. They can meet users' needs for setting temperatu- re, timing, enjoying music, listening to radio, and more. The operation procedure can be modified free of charge accor- ding to customer needs. I. Function Introduction SN19-series temperature controllers are divided into SN-19A button version and SN-19C touch version. They can control heating temperature, time, and inner and outer lights; they have Bluetooth function (Bluetooth version), MP3 playback function, and radio function. operational principle : The temperature adjustment range and heating time can be set before leaving the factory according to customer requirements, and users can only adjust within this range. After setting the time and temperature, the thermostat starts working, and the controller will automatically shut down when the set time is reached. When the thermostat detects that the room temperature or the temperature of the electric heating film reaches the set temperature, the relay contact is broken and the heating stops; when the room temperature drops below the return temperature, the relay contact is closed and the heating starts. The cycle is executed to achieve the purpose of constant temperature. functional characteristics : High performance industrial grade MCU is adopted. Key description The memory function of time regulation can be customized. These two keys are used as selection keys after pressing the [FM] or [MP3] keys to switch between the previous and next music, and for changing channels when using a radio. Press this button to enter the MP3 music playback state of the U disk. If Bluetooth is open, press this button to turn off Bluetooth. If the U disk is normal, it will display the total number of tracks in the U disk and the current track number. After 3 seconds, it will return to the sauna state. 5. [Radio] button Press the [radio] button to enter the radio state, press the [temperatu- re+] and [temperature-] buttons to select the channel, and press the [time+] and [time-] buttons to adjust the volume. If you think there are not enough channels or are not clear, long press the [radio] button to search for channels. After searching, select the channel to play. The antenna of the radio is very important, should be extended and placed in a space without shielding, otherwise the channel reception will be affected or the noise will increase. 6. [Internal Light] Key Turn the indoor light on or off. Press the indoor light on, and press the indoor light off. The internal lamp can work independently and can still be operated without turning off the machine. 7. [External lamp] Key Turn the outdoor lights on or off. Press the outdoor light on button and press the outdoor light off button. The external lamp can work independently and can still be operated without turning off. 8. [Bluetooth] Key (Bluetooth version) Turn Bluetooth on or off. Press this button to start Bluetooth. You can connect to Bluetooth through your mobile phone. After turning on Bluetooth, the Bluetooth indicator light will be on. When bluetooth is not connected, the light will flash fast, and once bluetooth connection is successful, it will flash slowly. After connecting to Bluetooth, the control is carried out by the connected device. The pause and volume buttons on the panel are not controlled by Bluetooth. [Color light cycle/color light off] key Press this key to enter the cycle color change state, 10 seconds to change a color, press again to turn off the color light. 10. [Color light switch] key Press this button once and the lights change to a different color. Function operation 1. Set the temperature When the machine is turned on, it will display the set temperature for 3 seconds. If the preset temperature is not suitable for the user's needs, the user can set it through [temperature+] [temperature-]. 2. set-up time If you need to adjust the time, you can use the [Time+] and [Time-] keys to adjust. 3. MP3 music First, insert the U disk into the USB port, press the [MP3] key and select the MP3 mode. If the U disk is inserted before starting up, press MP3 to play directly. Use the [Previous] and [Next] keys to select songs, and use the [Volume+] and [Volume-] keys to adjust the volume. If the display shows "- -", it means that the U disk is not inserted properly, or the U disk is not compatible. You can disconnect the power supply and restart it.
