User Manual 1. Product Introduction This LED constant-current driver adopts long strip aluminum alloy housing with waterproof struct ure. It supplies stable constant-current power for LED luminaires. Widely used for LED wall washe r, linear light, LED strip and outdoor lighting projects. Aluminum casing provides excellent heat dissipation. It is suitable for indoor, damp and outdoor i nstallation environments. 2. Product Appearance - Housing: Extruded aluminum long-strip case, mounting holes on both ends for screw fixing. - Cables: Two-end outgoing black rubber-sheath wires. Input cable: 2-core wire for AC power supply. Output cable: 2-core wire for LED load connection. - Adjustment knob: Side potentiometer for fine-tuning output current (dimmable version). 3. Wiring Instruction Disconnect mains power before wiring! 1. AC Input Connect the two input wires to AC mains (Live / Neutral). Polarity is interchangeable. 2. LED Output Connect output wires to LED light source. Positive / Negative polarity must be distinguished. Reve rse connection is forbidden. 3. Seal wire terminals properly for waterproof after wiring is finished. 5. Installation Guide 1. Fasten driver with screws through mounting holes at two ends. Reserve enough space for heat dissipation. 2. Do not install directly on flammable plastic materials. 3. Avoid sharp bending of cables to prevent sheath crack and water ingress for outdoor applicatio n. 4. Keep away from heat source and ponding area. 6. Built-in Protection - Short-circuit Protection: Automatically shut down when output short-circuited, auto-recovery af ter fault removal. - Over-current Protection: Limit output current under abnormal condition. - Over-voltage Protection: Prevent high-voltage damage to LED chips. - Over-temperature Protection: Reduce power or shut down at overheat; resume operation after cooling. 7. Safety Precautions 1. Installation shall be performed by qualified electrician. Never wire under live power. 2. Output short-circuit shall be avoided; long-time short-circuit may cause permanent damage. 3. Load power cannot exceed driver rated power. 4. Aluminum housing gets hot during operation, avoid scalding. 5. Do not immerse the driver in water. 6. Cut off power before maintenance or replacement.
