Bluetooth connection failure Set your phone volume to around 30% for sleep mode , ensuring no sound is heard by others nearby for a safe and private experience. Volumes above 30% activate entertainment mode Excessive sound leakage Check if your source device (e.g., mobile phone) has a Bluetooth version of 4.0 or above, as older versions may result in a shorter Bluetooth reception range. Short Bluetooth reception range Operating Instructions Position the SleepBuddy at the bottom of the pillow with the silicone side facing down. Power on the device and connect via Bluetooth for normal use, with the best experience when sleeping on your side. Correct Placement Sleep Mode with private audio and no sound leakage at volume below 30%; Hi-Fi Mode with powerful immersive audio at volume from 30% to 100%. Usage Modes For the best experience, place the SleepBuddy near the center of the pillow; the optimal effect is achieved when sleeping on your side with your ear aligned with the center of the device.
