Iftheproductfailstooperateundernormaluseduringthewarrantyperioddue todefectsinmaterialsorworkmanship,VAPONwill,atitssoleoption,either repairorreplacetheproductinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsherein. TermsandConditions 1IfVAPONrepairsorreplacestheproduct,therepairedorreplacedproduct shallbewarrantedfortheremainingtimeoftheoriginalwarrantyperiod.No chargewillbemadetothecustomerforreplacementpartsorlaborcharges incurredbyVAPONinrepairingorreplacingthedefectiveparts. 2Thecustomershallhavenocoverageorbenefitsunderthislimitedwarrantyif anyofthefollowingconditionsareapplicable: a)Theproducthasbeensubjectedtoabnormaluse,abnormalconditions, improperstorage,exposuretomoistureordampness,unauthorized modifications,unauthorizedrepair,misuse,neglect,abuse,accident,alteration, improperinstallation,orotheractswhicharenotthefaultofVAPON,including damagecausedbyshipping. b)Theproducthasbeendamagedbyexternalcausessuchascollisionwithan object,orfromfire,flooding,sand,dirt,windstorm,lightning,earthquakeor damagefromexposuretoweatherconditions,ActofGod,orbatteryleakage, theft,blownfuse,improperuseofanyelectricalsource,ortheproductwas usedincombinationorconnectionwithotherproducts,attachments,suppliesor consumablesnotmanufacturedordistributedbyVAPON. 3ThecustomershallbearthecostofshippingtheproducttoVAPON.VAPON shallbearthecostofshippingtheproductbacktothecustomerafterthe completionofserviceunderthislimitedwarranty. 4VAPONdoesnotwarrantuninterruptedorerror-freeoperationoftheproduct.
