The reasons for each request are stated in accordance with 47 CFR 0.459(b). 1. Request for permanent confidentiality The applicant requests that the following materials be permanently withheld from public inspection: • Schematic diagrams • Bill of materials and parts list • Block diagrams • Theory of operation and operational description Reasons. These materials constitute trade secrets and privileged and confidential commercial information of the applicant within the meaning of 47 CFR 0.457(d) and 0.459(b). They disclose the circuit topology, component selection, control architecture and system design of the Regenesis Pod. That design is the product of substantial and continuing private investment in research and development by the applicant, is not available from any public source, is not disclosed in any published patent or marketing material, and is maintained in confidence within the applicant’s organisation and under written confidentiality obligations with its suppliers and manufacturing partners. The applicant competes in a narrow field of premium recovery and wellness equipment against a small number of directly comparable products. Public release of these materials would enable a competitor to reproduce the applicant’s design without comparable investment, and would cause substantial competitive and commercial harm to the applicant. No countervailing public interest is served by disclosure, as these materials are not necessary for any member of the public to identify the equipment, operate it safely, or verify its compliance with the Commission’s technical requirements. 2. Request for short-term confidentiality The applicant requests that the following materials be withheld from public inspection for a period of 180 days from the date of grant: • Internal photographs of the equipment • Test setup photographs • User manual Reasons. The Regenesis Pod has not yet been released for general commercial sale in the United States. These materials disclose the internal construction, assembly method, sub-assembly selection and full feature set of the product. Their release in advance of market launch would give competitors advance knowledge of the applicant’s product and would materially prejudice the applicant’s commercial launch. This request is made under 47 CFR 0.459 and is consistent with the short-term confidentiality provisions of FCC KDB Publication 726920. 3.
