Subject: Fwd: Re: Fwd: FCC ID: A3LDVDVR320A Attachments: [DVD-VR320] LBE051448.pdf Dear Gregory, Based upon your comments for subject application, I reply you as below. 1. Spurious radiated emissions were measured up through 1 GHz. Section 15.33(b)(3) requires that measurements on a super heterodyne receiver be performed up through the 2nd harmonic of the highest local oscillator. The EUT's tuner tunes up through channel 69, or 806 MHz. Was the tuner separately verified? If not, then please provide spurious radiated emission data up through the appropriate frequency, based on the 2nd harmonic of the highest lo. (ANS) As pointed out by you, we did perform the Spurious radiated emissions test up through 2 GHz.(Please refer to revised test report as attached) In case of Tuner used in this unit, was verified seperately... I hope, this reply e-mail will be helpful to you to complete review for this application, then I can get the FCC grant as soon as possible.
