A Cover Letter Attachment stating that the client software and associated drivers will not initia te any transmission on DFS frequencies without initiation by a master. This includes restrictio n on transmissions for beacons and support for ad‐hoc peer‐to‐peer modes. b. A channel/frequency plan for the device showing the channels that have active scanning or passive scanning. c. A description that discusses how the software and / or hardware is implemented to ensure th at proper operations modes cannot be modified by an end user or an installer. d. An attestation that the device complies with the requirements for software configuration contr ol as discussed in KDB # 594280. RESPONSE FROM THE APPLICANT: This is to attest that the device complies with the requirements of KDB 848637 for client device operating in the 5GHz NII\LELAN band, including the software configuration controls as described in KDB# 594280. The end user has no access to features/controls that would allow them to operate the 802.11 transceiver on channels or in modes other than those described below. There are no user-selectable country code or regulatory domain settings that would permit the user to configure the device to operate at power levels or on channels not described in this application.
