This may cause connectivity problems or drain the battery. • Using a Samsung-approved screen protector is recommended. Unapproved screen protectors may cause the sensors to malfunction. • Do not allow water to contact the touchscreen. The touchscreen may malfunction in humid conditions or when exposed to water. Basics 7 Keys KeyFunction Power • Press and hold to turn the device on or off. • Press to turn on or lock the screen. Volume • Press to adjust the device volume. Stand Use you device as a monitor for watching TV or movies, or for sharing content. You can also use the handle on the stand to carry the device. Always leave the stand attached to the device. Using the stand When you stand the device up, always ensure that the upper part of the stand and the device are connected. Also, place the device on a flat surface. If you do not, the device may fall and be damaged. Basics 8 Carrying the device You can hold the stand’s handle and carry the device.
