Please note that further comments may arise in response to answers provided to the questions below. 1. Please provide a separate MPE exhibit. 2. Please note that every application must stand on its own merit. Please provide some information on what the 2402 to 2479MHz ‘Receiver’ is. How does it work, is it a BT device? Is it a DSSS device? If so, how does it meet the SS definition? Is it a hopper? Etc. 3. Please note that the analyzer plots on pages 31, 32, 35 through 40, 72 through 77, 81 to 82, 84 to 85 and 87 to 88 are not clear and do not clearly show the analyzer settings. Please provide clear identifiable plots in the report. 4. Please note that the data tables for radiated emissions include a distance factor that is not included in the formula. Please also note that the data tables say 3/1m. What does this mean? When is it 1 meter and when is it 3 meters? This is confusing. Please show in the tables when and where this distance factor is used and please include this distance factor in your formula for final results.
